Blender Total! From Basic to Advanced 3D! (Udemy.com)

Ideal course to anyone wanting to learn Blender so this is really a beginners' course. However a few faults, I discovered, is the instructor tends to state the wrong key when reciting a short-cut feature. For example when beveling an edge he was was saying "Ctrl + R" rather than "Ctrl + B".

I Highly recommend this course to any beginner. The Instructor gives very clear explanation, tips and tricks. By far this course is the quickest way to explore blender compared to YouTube tutorials. The course is based on Blender 2.80 but it can be easily followed along with Latest version of blender, I used Blender 3.6.0 and did not face any difficulties to follow along the course, In fact some parts of the course were very easy and took less time, with the latest version of Blender. The Instructor is very responsive to answer the questions. Thank you very much for your Amazing! course.

This course was brilliant!! I have started 4 Blender courses & this is the first one I've finished. 2 of the others are covering different aspects of Blender but 1 other course was a similar sort of course to this one but nowhere near as good. I got way too frustrated with it and have given up for now. Even having covered a lot of the basics already in the other courses I still learnt some really useful tips on the basics in this course too. So I would recommend not to skip any of it even if you already know Blender. Thank you Gustavo for a very enjoyable course. I would highly recommend you to others.

I loved this tutorial. Gustavo takes you through the basics of Blender in a very concise way. Very easy to follow along and you get to build some cool stuff as well. The tutorial is very well organized and it will be great to revisit it in the future. I'm very glad I bought this and would buy it again!

The pros: This is an excellent beginners course. Gustavo takes you through all the fundamentals of blender and prepares you for the helicopter project as well as the robot project. All the tools you will be using, will be mentioned and explained in the course. I really love that Gustavo knows what he is talking about and the animation section of the robot is truly amazing. This was something I lacked knowledge about and I'm glad that Gustavo covered this in this course. As a beginner/intermediate Blender user, I definitely recommend this course. Cons/tips: Although this is aimed at beginners, Gustavo uses too much the menu's instead of shortcuts. Learning about keyboard shortcuts is just as important as learning to model. But it doesn't get in the way as you learn, it's just something I would prefer. There are also not many exercises as you learn. Most of the time you will be learning the fundamentals to bring it in practise when modelling the helicopter project without many side projects. All in all, this is a great course and every beginner/on your way to intermediate user should follow this course.

This is a great course. I really enjoined it and I made a lot of progress by following it. On the basis of 2 fun projects with a nice end result, Gustavo takes his time to explain very clearly all the steps. This course will take you a long way in learning Blender and I'm sure it will remain a guidance in future projects. Well done!

I have been using Blender for a while and already done a couple of courses here on Udemy however the way Gustavo teaches it is nothing short of impressive, he gives you just the right amount of information you need without digressing or adding personal comment or "cool" "great" which get tiring after a few hours back to back videos. He is straight to the point with some great base material to work upon in each section building up in a smart way towards adding to the main project. I have learnt tips on things I though I knew quite well already and a lot of new concepts, the projects are great, just finished the helicopter ones however seen the quality for the first time I had to write a review immediately before the last section. The structure of the course is brilliant, another good thing that really keeps me coming is the great accent, super clear and at the same time fun to listen to. One of the best training course on Udemy for sure! I hope Gustavo you will make (or better are already working) some other courses perhaps on Modifiers and Physics or on some cool project to learn more on what you covered here. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us in such an engaging way! Edit: I have done the first result course coming up on here with Blender and let me tell you, leave it as the structure is so messy to the point that you would not even been able to go back and pick things up for a refresh, even more happy to give my 6 stars review to Gustavo, so far nothing got closer to the quality of this course and his assistance in the Q&A area!

This is a perfect tutorial for beginner who wants to learn blender. Gustavo Rosa is an amazing teacher. He design the course layout in a way, that makes the student easier to understand and learn. The course might get a little boring, but students will love it, when they understand they are mastering blender with each video.

The course as an introduction for absolute beginners is excellent. Now I would like to continue more deeply in the individual topics (not at once)- how to prepare a scene, camera and lights for animation, creating different kinds of materials, rigid body and skeleton preparation for different kind of creatures and their animations, etc.

In the past I used other 3D packages and this was the first time with Blender, I was scared about the interface but now I feel confident with it!
