Learn Mobile App Development with .NET MAUI (Udemy.com)

Can you please update the GitHub repositories so it works with newer .net versions? Currently it's not possible to simply use them. The course was basic, easy to follow, and a good starting point. Unfortunately, it's not using MVVM which would make it more clean but little more complicated to follow.

I am a Native WinForm Developer and I alwasys wanted to learn MUAI and this is very interesting for a beginner. Course structured in a way that all the elements and function of developing a complete app is available throughout the course. A very engaging course. The only improvement I will recommend is to show how you can actually connect to a sqldatabase or sqllite database to extract datasources.

The course is superb. I recently shifted to the .NET MAUI. Earlier I was working with the .NET Backend development and for me it's really easy to pick the .net maui concepts. So far I don't have any issues with this course and I really enjoying learning.

I've always found Asfend's Udemy videos to be among the best on the site. He goes through the subjects succinctly where required and spends a little more time on the more difficult sections. Also, and this is a major plus point he replies quickly to questions and is incredibly helpful. I'd like him to do a video with Shell and other matters, but I'm sure he'll get round to them.

Very Good I completed all sessions . But i have to practice it . I like the presentaion. Thank you. I have to do the api development session i have a database in sql server. i will try to create api .

Short chapters, clear explanations, pure hands on, clarity on contents, presentation, voice all are excellent!!!. I love this tuts and I very much like the tutor. I would go for any subscription that Asfend makes.

Thank you so much for putting together this course. I love the fact that you took the time to show API integration into the .NET MAUI framework, very usefully to have this. One thing that I would have love to have been demo was a how to do a busy or progress indicator while the app was waiting for a reply from the Server. Thank you for showing API integration, this was extremely useful. I hope you continue to add to this course as Microsoft moves from a preview release to going live.

This course is going straight to the point, which is what I have been looking for. Simple and short videos kept my focus and actual examples help me consolidate this knowledge. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants a head start on MAUI.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is practically super basic Xamarin boot camp for absolute beginners, i was expecting more MAUI targeted tutorial. i see that Xamarin plugins are still used in this lecture. So it goes to say if you know Xamarin, then you know MAUI. there isn't a difference at all. I would like to see things like logins (Persisting data like the Xamarin.Settings plugin) would we still use the Xamarin plugins? from what i see, just stick to Xamarin for now.

So, I am not happy as there is not explicitly a video with all the configurations about installing .NET MAUI and an Android emulator. Just a written guide installation IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Quite superficial. I struggled a lot to acknowledge that I need Visual Studio preview 17.2 in order to be able to use NET MAUI which is a bit rubbish. But this is not your fault it is Microsoft. Why would I use something which is a preview? Is there not Xamarin? Thanks, to free videos on Youtube where I could learn how to install and configure .NET MAUI and an Android emulator. I do not want to be spiteful that's why I rate it two stars so far. As I progress this course I might change my rating to the end of this course, but to do so I have to find useful and details pieces of information. The teaching pace is good and quite useful pieces of information that's why I changed the rating to four stars.
