Now it is a old course, Techer creted this course five years ago.

Hey Brad, how about a little less BRAD HUSSEY and more IT'S 2019. Your stuff is current maybe 3-4 years ago.

Learning this stuff makes everything so much easier. Even learning the keyboard shortcuts sped up my workflow immensely.

Brad is telling me everything I need to do and, making me repeat it often enough that I might remember it.

This curse have good content but the instructor explain so fast :(

I've been out of touch with Web Dev for awhile and have a handful of courses to go through, I started with this one, and don't regret it, it was easy to understand and follow while getting back up to speed on HTML and CSS.

video blurry sometimes

I already knew a bit of HTML and CSS before so the course was a breeze. Lot of new content for all the newer guys out there though!

I understand this was created in 2012, but in 2019 it leaves you without any real-world skills. The lesson will not show you at all how to use Photoshop to create a mock-up. That is already done for you. You instead, get to slice up somebody else's mock-up, and begin writing HTML. Its primary focus is HTML and CSS, which he actually uses his finished HTML file as a reference to each and every change.I came into this course with those skills in hand, so I was not impressed. I thought it was a a poor strategy that he introduces some more advanced topics of CSS like transitions, but then encourages you to simply type them in and research on your own how they work. I get it, trial and error leads to success, but when you pay for a course, you should be instructed the material, especially if you are using it in the lesson. I would have preferred you not even include advanced topics if you are not going to explain them in any detail.I have used Photoshop enough to know that there are easier ways to achieve this lesson, but I figured I would be learning those. The part that made me least happy was when the finished product was crafted and I found it was completely non-responsive. The page is only designed to look good on a ~900px to ~1600px wide screen.I hate to be so hard on this course, but I was thoroughly unimpressed and disappointed.

Good course if you're familiar with HTML5 & CSS, but don't recommend for an absolute beginner because the pace is very quick.

I enjoy how the instructor explains each step, and you get to see what he is doing. He also gives you the shortcut keys in photoshop, which is a great help. The instructor explains each step so you understand why he i s doing what he is doing. This was a great course I highly recommend it.
