Very good class helped me broaden my knowledge on Hyper V. Instructor was very good and kept the class interesting. Learned a lot of skills that will be useful on the job.

Excellent speaker, well organized material, easy to follow, small enough chunks not to get lost. This has been a very valuable course.

I like how it is simplistic, but not basic. The class assumes you have some level of knowledge of computers. Nitpicky stuff, I would love to have the instructor raise what he is reading from so that his eyes are not constantly looking down.

I’m finding a lot of content is demonstrated, however when following along I’m finding a lot is not included, some of the more important information. Example, when moving a VM from one host to another (I have two actual servers running Server 2019 and Hyper-V) it states that the operation can only be carried out with a domain joined server. Without the full explanation its making things a little difficult. No real labs, just explanations.

The instructor spoke clearly, demoed every concept, and shared many admin best practices. I feel confident in getting around and configuring Hyper-V components and VMs. Also appreciated learning the limitations of Hyper-V, especially the chapters on SCVMM and Azure. I also liked how he kept errors in the few lessons that had them, and explained what happened. My biggest critique would be the chapter on creating a VDI collection -- it felt a bit disorganized. He started with a suggestion to use SIM tool to create an answer file, but he demonstrates entering settings through VDI provided wizard. Overall a very good introduction to Hyper-V.

I required a basic course to understand the basics to help me with my work. Was explained very well and not to much depth so you understood the concepts in a short space of time.Overall would highly recommend starting at the beginning and mastering the fundamentals to move to the next level throughly enjoyed the course the cluster section was very well explained which was my main goal.Would highly recommend if you want a quick overview and good understanding of the basics which is always good. Great so far. I like the way his speech pauses occasionally. Makes it more clear to understand. Very clear and precise statements. Instructor seems very knowledgeable of the subject matter.

The topics covered were an in-depth discussion of each subject, complete with demos. This was a great introduction to the big picture that is Hyper-V.
