The content overall was insightful. Every lesson voiced by the instructor was easy to follow and pleasant to listen to, however the same cannot be said for the droning computer-generated voice in some lessons. I also would have appreciated more in-depth quizzes on the topics discussed.

Their background in market research education from Philip Kotler's Kellogg School of Management adds credibility to the course. Covering a wide range of topics, from exploratory research to empirical brand growth research, the course provides practical techniques and tools invaluable for marketers, entrepreneurs, and product managers alike. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on practical application, with insights into surveys, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and finding buyers and partners. It's a comprehensive resource that I'll be returning to time and time again. Thank you for such an insightful and practical learning experience!

Great course. Its a holistic combination of theoretical concepts, best practices, powerful personal insight and a 'how-to' manual. I would recommend it to both experienced marketing students as well as novices. Dekker Fraser gives very specific tactics and methods to help initialize the research (at every level) and to then keep the momentum going.

A very comprehensive course on Market Analytics. Though a novice in this area, the trainer’s explanation and topic selection helped in understanding some of the deeper and hidden topics. A vast amount of tools demonstration and the trainer’s introduction to these tools created every session very engaging. I certainly recommend this training.

I like a lot how broad is the range of topics and how much structure there is in every section and even within every video. I couldn't expect more clarity. On the downsides: 1. Nominal quizzes: very short and simple. I would like to have more questions that resemble some case studies, so it would be like a micro simulation of a decision making process on how to solve marketing-related issues. 2. It's true that Market Research isn't the key focus of the course. I'd like to have more hands-on knowledge on doing the research – collecting and analyzing the data. E. g. when to choose which type of research, how to decided between different, plan the budget, etc. I acknowledge that might require much more work and affect the price of the course. Though while listening to Dekker, I think that if he doesn't do it, I don't know know who will:) 3. Section 15 has a automated voice-over. It's impossible to follow that robotic audio. And it's a disappointing surprise at the end of the course. My background I'm a professional software engineer who's consulting startups. And nowadays I'm expanding my service line due to a noticeable number of clients failing in marketing. Many thanks, all in all I'm a pretty satisfied student:)

Good: - There's a lot of useful information - Presented in an easy to understand way - Presenter seems professional, but not dry Bad: - Some repetitions - Some contradictions: For example, in some parts of the course, there are statements like "Everone thinks route A is the right route, but actually route B is way better" and then a later chapter will be about why route A is the best route to go (which is ok, if there context, why all of the sudden it's route A again, but this context is not given). - Chapter 15 feels lazy and the computer voice sometimes emphasizes words in sentences, that shouldn't be emphasized, which makes understanding the context harder than necessary
