This is course is good for: beginners with Skype who need to learn the software fast. Some of the lessons I won't really use, but most of it I will. The course explains the basics like meetings and recording with Skype, as well a few settings that I would not have found on my own.

Very helpful for seeing some of the more 'out-of-ordinary' things that Skype can be used for. Presenter was really good - easy to listen to and had a good combination of sticking too the subject matter while at the same time being able to talk off-the-cuff when it would be helpful.

Engaging and not boring. I say this because none of the material in the first two videos is new to me but I wasn't wanting to just hit skip or fast forward. She is an excellent presenter. Finished the series and enjoyed that they were made up of many short videos so in the future if I need to brush up I can go to exactly what I need without having to sift through hours of video. Well done.

This was a great class; I just wish there were quicker ways to update the class since the cloud is changing every day along with the way the software is presented. Some features no longer available.

A good thorough overview of the Skype for Business Client. I knew it well already, so I learned a tip or two. But, considering the information presented, it is great for those that don't already know well.

Most of the information was still valid and very informative but there have been some updates since this version of Skype for business, most notably in the Web Browser version of Skype for Business.
