I love the way the course was structure, But the course is too old have to go to youtube to check out migrations

The author covered a lot of things in a short period of time, which is exactly what I was looking for but it can be difficult for beginners. I liked that he shows it with a real example and not just abstractly. Some things shown in this course are outdated and I had to find a solution myself so as not to roll back versions. Didn't show working with сli which greatly simplifies writing boilerplate code.

My experience with courses on Udemy wasn't that nice, since I would often stop the course because didn't feel motivated at all. I thought it was on me, but finishing this course in 3 days made me rethink that. Most of instructors on Udemy doesn't have the seniority that Oleksandr has, and that is the point of it: to learn with someone that knows the business, specially when it comes to programming, where there is not just a single way of doing stuff but it is a open world of creativity. Oleksandr has a good code styling, his solutions for common problems are also standard in the industry. Thank you for the course!

Incredible course. Oleksandr's style of teaching suits me so well and he explains very patiently. His notes about deprecated parts of the videos and solutions ensured I never got stuck. Thanks for a wonderful course, Oleksandr!

So far it's precise, clear and everything worked. I like how he makes common mistakes and shows you how to fix them. Beware: He picked TypeORM because it hadn't been updated in a while and was stable. It was updated shortly after this video came out. I'm still finding it stable, and the changes are put on the screen, but I still found myself reading a good deal of the actual documentation.

Brilliant Course. Very detailed and allowed me to get up and running quickly with nestjs. I also appreciate that there are notes that pop up on screen to show how to implement with the latest versions.

Decent content But using VIM to teach and rapidly switching between page make it hard to keep track which page we're on. Even though it displays directory at the bottom of the screen, it's just unintuitive as most people would think that directory would usually be display on top of the screen (VScode UI, Folder Dir, etc) found my self keep looking at the top of the screen every time you change file, found nothing at top, have to look down. it's sound like nitpicking, but this tediousness adds up as you have to goes against your intuition, unnecessary friction. it also much easier to keep track of project folder structure with VScode. it also doesn't help that you have such a THICK accent, it's hard to distinguish what you're trying to say. Auto-transcript often get it wrong, it even transcript "Thai Prime Minister" at some point. and "ORM" as "RAM" While the video did mention update to the code format of repository method like using "where" inside "find({})" BUT the code inside Resources tab was not updated. why. Without this problem this course would be a 4, as the explanations for many concepts of NestJS wasn't clear due to author's lack of words to explain concept in English and example. Please invest in a powerpoint slide when you want to explain concept + example before you start making changes to your project. it would be so much easier to see and understand than just listening to your words.

It is a well suited course of nest.js framework for a developer who has already been working on express.js or has a knowledge of it. Project implementation from scratch to end was very helpful and it has covered a lot of basic concepts in it. A Great course for nest.js developers or Angular developers.

This course is actually a little masterpiece. I'm a senior front-end developer, and I've to say I'm having tons of fun following all the content. Really: no stupid or boring stuff like todolist, you are going to get your hands dirty with real code, typescript, database stuff etc. Oleksander is so great in explanation, and he cares of writing clean code. Everyone interested in nestJs should buy this course. 100\100 I'm going to buy more courses from this instructor.. Really I'm pretty impressed.

This is one of the best courses on NestJs, the explanations are very clear and the teacher is always there to help and guide you. But it's the only training I coded with the teacher with zero error now I'm going to continue with the Angular NgRx training to see how this teacher uses this techno even if I have 2 years of experience in Angular
