Great??

I'm missing some context on the different functions we are learning. I understand that it is usefull to work with a simple example but having a benchmark or example where this function is used on an website, or application would make this more relevant to me. I hope I can change my opinion by going through the course but as for the moment must say I'm a bit dissapointed...Working on section three where I had three courses on PHP functions you should know. Starting lecture 34 and see exactely the same as the three previous lessons? This is a mix of two different courses that is badly merged guys... sorry. First negative , dissapointing experience with a Udemy course.

It's pretty great. Good pacing. Sometimes, the lecturer goes too fast, but I actually like that. Still, I can see some people totally getting lost. All in all, 4 stars. Good job.

nice tips about security and handling few things, but not sure this is made for php beginners (unless they know already another language and programming in general)

Excellent course ... very informative. Gives good examples as well. Some topics are very high level, but he gives you enough information to understand what happens with the topic. You can then find additional information on the Internet and have confidence that you will understand what you are reading.

He is a great instructor and needs to provide a bunch of new courses with target ControlModelSystems, realTimeProjects, connections with mysql( PDOdatabase ); etc.

This is a very good course on PHP. Alex is a good instructor, but the database sections are very out of date. They are several years old and use functions that have been deprecated for some time. The PHP one sections, however, are very informative and useful.

The guy go very fast. A lot of pausing is required (for most I would assume as I'm fast at typing). However the content of what they are covering is really spot on!!

I have limited experience with PHP, and this course was a great start to more in-depth knowledge. The instructor moved at a pretty good pace, a bit quick at times, but he really knew his stuff. I especially appreciated the sections on the error messages and the security. Those are sections I haven't seen in any other courses, and they were really helpful. I would recommend this course to anyone else just getting started with PHP. It was really helpful!

Good, nice simple intro, still really enjoying it, Alex has a nice pleasant temperament and is polite and does his best to try and explain sometimes difficult to fully grasp and explain concepts. Keep it up, will be 5 stars at the end if this keeps going! :)

It's great for a very begginer, it's a very basic course, i think it's a little bit in cuttler and have repeated classes or topics, but it's ok for a begginer.

I did not know anything about programming before I took this class. I'm halfway through, and I can make some simple PHP program functions. I think the teacher makes things simple, and gets you hands on experience once you start. I would recommend the class.
