Course Description
This course teaches you computer programming in Python from scratch, and also the basics of machine learning in Python.
With this course you can become part of the Artificial Intelligence revolution.
You'll learn:
How to write programs in Python
The basics of desktop programming in Python
Object-oriented programming and functional programming techniques
How to use machine learning techniques in your code
The basics of visualising and analysing data
Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, scikit-learn, Keras and more
Powerful prediction and classification techniques "naive Bayes" and decision trees.
How to use ML techniques to make predictions about data series, spot clusters in data, automatically classify data samples and recognise handwritten digits.
Whether you're a complete beginner with coding or already know some Python or another language, this course can help give you modern computer skills to the point where you could apply for Python jobs, where available.
Python is one of the most popular programming languages today and is especially popular because of its support for machine learning and artificial intelligence.
This courses takes you all the way from writing your first "hello world" Python program to being able to write complex programs incorporating artificial intelligence techniques in which your software can automatically learn how to complete tasks.
I'll type all code right in front of you and explain how it works, breaking down programming and mathematical concepts into simple steps, and with suggested exercises throughout.

This is as a long (big) course that takes you step-by-step through learning Python. As a (I would say) junior programmer with many years of experience and significant formal CS training I appreciate the clarity of the instructor and the incremental approach to introducing Python instructions, data structures, and more. Highly recommend - but you really need to set aside time (even if just an hour a day) - and YOU MUST do the exercises.

I appreciate the pace and the delivery of the information; but I think that the instructor could have provided more explanation of what a shell does...for example, acting as an interpreter. I had to stop the video, several times and Google topics. I wish he would have explained, more conceptually, what the shell and environment do. But overall, good delivery and pace.

Good teacher, each lesson is about 5 minutes, so it goes really quickly. This is great for people who use a mac, but for windows users it is slightly inconvenient. At the start of the course, he goes through a process to make a virtual environment and says its really important. I couldn't get it to work, but It doesn't affect me whatsoever. I'm trying to finish the course in two weeks, but I didn't realize how long 43.5 hours is. I wish he talked a bit more about artificial Intelligence at the start, because I only bought this course to learn how to code ai, I had to go through hours of python, and when he says for complete beginners he wasn't lying. But It was good to still freshen my python. Overall good course, recommend buying if you want to learn it over a long period of time, if you want to speed run learning python, there's better courses for it, but for majority of people ,this course is fantastic.

A very good overview of machine learning - covers most of the topics and terminology in clear detail and makes it easy to follow. Only problem was the lack of exercises to practice each lesson, and the omission of certain topics and things that are important to know. However, this is a long course, so it is to be expected that not everything is taught.

Clear and concise explanations. The video total length is over 43 hours, but this course requires probably double that, near to 100 hours. It takes time to write the code myself and sometimes I make syntax errors that I have to troubleshoot and correct. This is all good practice, but it's taking a long time. This course is excellent, but needs a lot of self discipline.

It is very detailed and interesting in general. The only complaint that I have is with some divergence he had from the main topic. You will quickly learn not to follow those parts so closely and just enjoy him enjoying the topic. Other than that, it is very good. If you have a lot of time to spend on these topics, I 100% recommend this course. If you are in a hurry to learn something very fast, go somewhere else.

Outstanding course! John has the ability to take a complex topic, break it down from the beginning all the way to applying useful examples. I took several of his courses and this python for AI is no different. His deep expertise in coding and detailed structured explaining in an easy process makes learning really a joy. More please.

The python introduction were a bit boring and route, maybe since i already knew python well. But the information about machine learning , statistic models, mathematics in it, the use of various python modules such as matplotlib/seaborn , Statsmodels , and other modules which are new for me, are all very helpful and thank you for your service

This is a great introduction course for anyone attempting to learn Python and Machine Learinig. John is very good at introducing and teaching concepts, is very detailed and explains very well. You can tell that he has spent a great deal of time preparing and getting the material to present in this course. This course contains some very technical and complex information that John is able to simplify and present in an understandable manner. Hats off to you John and thank you for giving us this gerat boddy of knowledge.

John Prucell is an excellent teacher. I have taken his Java Spring course before and recently I took his Python course. He makes programming concepts look and sound easy by explaining them clearly, thoroughly, and in easy, logical, and digestible chunks. By the end of this course you will be very confident that you will be able to tackle most programming problems in Python.
