React JS - Mastering Redux (Udemy.com)

I liked this course, this was my first introduction to React, I come from an Angular background, and it was easy for me to follow along the React part. Redux on the other side, although I understood the big picture more detail explanation could come in handy, as for the most part it was just copy pasting code the whole course and not explaining why things worked they way they did.

Since the course is 3 years old, there will be some issues you'll run into with the Redux applications. I've tried to troubleshoot some of the issues myself but it seems like it could boil down to something as simple as problems with outdated libraries. Despite this, the course is very informative and useful for practicing building basic React Redux applications.

Excellent course, explained redux in a way that was easy to grasp and the learning overall was enjoyable. David was always answering questions which is great to see on an older course. Would be nice to see it redone as a little old but well worth purchasing. I actually learnt some great little css tricks along the way which is on the todo list.

The course was good and went through several useful topics on React and Redux. Personally, I would have liked it if the instructor paused a little longer between providing exercise/challenge instructions and going into the solution to give people time to stop the video. I am also not sure how I feel about the course using imgFlip's [POST] create_caption API call due to how the API stores the image connected to a publicly accessible URL.

Trying to learn to code, wasn't really understanding Redux and I think this course definitely helped to understand it a bit better. I was worried since it was a shorter course than others but I think it turned out to be perfect for getting some quick practice with 3 different projects.

The course is shorter than the usual courses that are popular but it is still very informative. The teacher gets right to the point and has successfully designed the course and the projects to really teach the course well. I needed help with REDUX and this helped gained a clearer picture of the course. Thanks!

Deleting the src and starting everything from scratch was very mind-blowing and extremely helpful. It makes react 10 times more easier to understand and learn. The instructor was very engaging and in depth with each and every topic. Explanations were clear and easy to follow.

Nice mid-lenght course, energetic instructor and to the point explanations. The practical examples/projects really help in understanding how the redux pieces fit together. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with first steps in redux, although some practical react knowledge is a must to be on the same page while tackling redux in this course.

This is the fourth course I have taken from David, and as always it was awesome. I have been developing for over a year now and was a little twisted on using redux thunk. I had already taken a React course from Dave a few months ago, so figured I would check out this redux course. Amazing, solidified what I knew about redux, taught me a few new things, and low and behold the last project (meme generator) used redux thunk. YESSSS!!!!! Would give 10 stars if I could. Pleaseeeee David make a Node.js, or even better, REACT/Redux/Node.js course. Pleaseeeeee!!!!!

I like the way he teaches about actions, reducers and the store. While most of the other instructors will create files for those specific right away but he always put things in one file and shows you how everything works together and then creates those and moves stuff around. That really makes my understand more.

The course advanced at good pace, and the instructor knows how to explain how things work.

This is a great course for those who already have some familiarity with React and Redux and want some code examples to reinforce the concepts. The course is probably too fast-paced for absolute beginners though.
