A bit outdated! MaterializeCSS itself is largely abandoned since 2020. Only a handful of contributors are still working on it. However, it was a good watch, to get an idea. thank you!

Pretty basic information. About the same as the Materialize documentation but it was nice to see it presented running through a few examples. Good course for someone just getting into Materialize. Needs some exercises on how to take it further.

So far it looks like it will be very practical and it is not overly long so hopefully will get me up and going so I can change my existing website with Materialize

This is a great course to learn Materialize. This shows you really every part of it. My background in Bootstrap makes this course also very easy to understand. And Laurence shows everything step by step making it clear what to do and why. I would recommend this course to get a solid foundation in Materialize and it really cuts your learning time in half. Great job!

Thank you for a nice intro to this topic. It was a quick, no frills intro. Nicely done. One thing: there are audio gaps throughout which makes it annoying and I think leaves out important info.
By Holly Craig on 3/25/2017
Very good detail information provided that gives you in-depth knowledge of what you are doing and why you are doing it.

So far there is only one thing that have been useful and that's the comparison between bootstrap and materialise. I guess most people who take this course have some knowledge of programming. I think all these could be compressed into one shorter chapter. Besides the start and stop of audio is a bit annoying.

Very straightforward and informative. I already started building a personal fansite using Materialize and I'm loving it so far! Thank you!

It was short and to the point. Since I read the documentation before watching this course I didn't take anything away anything newbut this was good reinforcement in the basics
