very basic ..but good for beginers. some python concepts and pytest knowledge should be gained separately. it talks very less on reporting and talks nothing on cicd

Really enjoyed this course. I particularly liked the progression from explaining how to write tests, to how to simplify those tests by moving reusable code into page objects. Thank you.

Very well-structured course, the way explained to configure and setup an overall project with Selenium really helps to understand the most essential concepts of the framework besides it provides a strong way to make a Selenium automation project reusable and easy-maintenable.

Outstanding way to teach. I loved every single class and was committed to finishing it, along with the practice you offered throughout the whole course. Thank you, Dmitry!

The course overall is very good, but the POM section seems a bit confusing in terms of the order. I think the base_page.py lesson should be placed first for easier understanding. Anyway, this is just my personal opinion. The course is excellent. Thank you very much, Dmitry.

Overall, I found this course to be beneficial. As someone without prior experience with Python, I learned a lot. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an introduction to automated testing. I suggest keeping resources like ChatGPT, Stack Overflow, and Google handy for further explanation of concepts you may struggle with. I agree with the other students about the second half feeling rushed and I do wish there was more explanation for certain parts. However, I managed by pausing and reviewing as needed. I'm very happy that Dmitry took the time to teach this subject. Thank you—I'm excited to continue learning. P.S. For anyone who desires to use an IDE other than PyCharm, I suggest you first find a quick tutorial on using Selenium, Python, pip, etc. on the platform of your choice. I initially tried this course with PyCharm and for some reason ran into a lot of trouble even with following Dmitry exactly. By the time I came back to the course, I was much more comfortable with VS Code so I completed it with that. I watched 2 quick videos on YouTube about using Python with VS code and I was able to complete the course with no further hiccups. I hope that tip helps. Best of luck to everyone!

The lecturer explains everything in such a clear manner that I can easily understand him while watching his videos at x2 speed. But first and foremost I'd like to point out 2 things: I like his manner of teaching (first he gives you a try to do the tasks by yourself, than he can show how to do the tasks) and also the lecturer sends his feedback really quickly

Great course! I would suggest maybe with regard to the Exceptions Homework at the end, I don't recall you saying to test the happy path rather than the actual exceptions so I was trying to simulate the timeouts etc. with waits and of course this was not possible so I got a bit confused. Maybe also at times when something quite detailed was needed you may have at times rushed a bit and said "lets do this..." without saying why you have decided to do this. e.g. Base Class. It felt like you just had a Erika moment which would not come naturally to a struggling programer! So it was a bit unrealistic but I guess you had to show us how to do things the smart way :) I guess overall the course was great and I would be interested in studying more of your courses at a discounted rate. Oh and one last thing - On my Mac Pycharm is Horrendous. It is often not possible to type so I need to bash the keys for a bit to "wake" the IDE up again. There are articles about this online. I would research and suggest a better IDE for Mac users. Thanks and I'll Talk to you soon! Aaron

Great course, I miss another software as PyCharm because to use this, it is required a subscription; I have tried with VSC but I had problems to import the project. Anyway, the content of the course, the way to explain it and the comments of each topic are very good. Good job Dmitry! Thanks for all!

Thanks for good course and clear explanations! Some lectures for me, as Page Object Model, required repeating and additional surfing the net, but it's worth the feeling when all tests finally work as expected.
