This course is easy to follow and has provided me with a new appreciation of the structure that underlies a song.

t like the way the teacher goes over and over w/ examples to so I can grasp what he's saying and that he doesn't move on so quickly that I have to play the concepts he's showing me over and over

Very good, I would like to see you guys continue this into an advanced course that goes into deeper detail.

Good explanations for everything

I paid a discounted price for this course and was only really interested in the pop and EDM sections. Overall, I found the course very enlightening, even though I had knowledge of most of what it entailed. Confirmation that you are doing something right is always good :).
There were some really good ideas about finding ways to generate chords/chord progressions for your songs. I particularly liked the ideas on brainstorming for lyrical ideas using the internet.
I did find 'Section 12: Creating a Song From Scratch . . .' a tad tedious, but it was real and showed exactly what happens when writing a new song and/or trying to develop an idea. Peter did an excellent job.
The only downside for me was the lack of interactivity but for 10, I really shouldn't complain.

If getting better insight and a grasp for what is surface level or meets the eye instantaneously with in hearing the words songwriting or the music industry and what an art form of appreciation truly spectates, having that ability to hear the truth and really feel inspired to delve even deeper as to what you thought you knew; this course really does all of that and more. Worth every damn near nine hours the entirety of this content spoken in its entirety this provides for those thirsting for new knowledge & passion-for-music seekers out there. Not to mention studying and notetaking especially when it is under the umbrella of what brings people together within the topic of such, is a great stress reliever and escape from every day stressors life may entail. Thank you, all love.

I gotta say, I went sleepless and finished this course. I just love the way these too guys explain . Some things juts felt repetitive, and boring but then somethings were really appealing. Anyways I had my mind filled with some learning and yeah Thank you Peter and Tomas

So far, I really like how we have jumped right into the creative bit of making a melody. I do have some experience with music theory so this is more what I need. I need to observe someone making a piece of music so that when I sit down to make my own, it feels more natural. Observing someone is really helpful to me.
