It is a solid match especially with working with teams that are both remote and in office. Also good reminders of what you do as a leader, examples, sharing information, open communication and keeping people engaged is key

It offered actionable strategies for leading remote and hybrid teams effectively—focusing on communication, engagement, and performance tracking—along with techniques to improve team alignment, maintain motivation, and drive better results in a flexible work environment.

This has been good for me. So far a lot about logistics and getting the technology, software and tools set up. As we have been remote for a while, this is a lot of review, but I am hopeful the rest will be more applicable to a new manager with a remote team.

There is the set of quite abstract advices with repetitions. No visualization and exact examples or advices makes the course hardly to focus. Sometimes there are some useful parts are found, but just for me this course is the boring one.

So many insights in this course, and also the way of presenting was very easy to follow, surprisingly without slides. I do recommend this training.

It has opened up my inner eye on team work creation, team work vision creation, proper analysing of where the problem can arise in time and keep the watch, rewarding success as a way of motivating the team members, open communication and creation of channel through which people could communicate without judgement. Addressed about mental health, physical and environmental things that can affect the productivity of the team members of the project hence proper observance of the effects and signs of any of the above should be taken care of so as the monitor on the project progress as well. problem solving as a team manager, how to handle virtual meetings, how to train team members on how to prepare and use the tools for the virtual meeting to improve efficiency of the meeting. involvement during the hybrid meetings is of essence and if there is a team member who can work remotely and you feel as a leader that it is ok then you should train and allow people to work from where they are comfortable with. all team members should be technically a ware of all improved technologies for communication for easy approach and easy use . effective communication, training and team members involvement in problem solving and success goal setting is the master key to the success of the project.

Good high level discussions about managing a hybrid team. Would have like a few more concrete solutions to some of the problems posed.

It was a good match for me. We were thrown into a hybrid workplace as a result of the pandemic and we had to learn along the way but it seems we were on the right path. This course has added some structure to why we do what we do in terms of a hybrid workplace.

Very comprehensive in all practical aspects of managing and working in virtual and hybrid teams. Excellent presenter who delivered clear, precise and easy to understand information and had a strong understanding of "people." Much of the content provided could also be applied to other areas of team management. Took away important tips and recommendations that will assist in creating the framework for a Virtual and Hybrid Workplace Plan.

A good course not only for those who want to learn high-quality communication with a team at a distance, but it seems also for novice video bloggers.
