The explanations are excellent. The course is up to date. The UI is lovely with modern look and feel. Great mix of various technologies. Very organized course. Good that we are continuously saving all our had work to git at the end of every section. Really enjoyed working on this application and looking forward to taking more courses from the instructor.

Teacher's education method is very good. First he writes the bad or not recommended way, then he writes the correct or recommended way and then he explains it. Also he is very helpful in the comments. I recommend this course to intermediate learners.

This is the most detailed and practical NextJs course. The course example is like a real life app. The instructor is extremely brilliant and has uncanny ability to make difficult subject extremely simple even a dummy can understand the subject matter perfectly. This course is fantastic and awesome! Thank you Neil.

Neil is one of the greatest instructors on Udemy. He has well understanding of the subject matter and clear communication. As long as any student has mid level understanding of the software development, he/she can understand the instructor.

This course is truly outstanding! Each topic is thoroughly explained, making even complex concepts easy to grasp. Neil’s teaching style is exceptional, and his commitment to sharing his knowledge through best practices really shines. I learned a tremendous amount and feel much more confident in my understanding of the material. If you’re looking for a course that’s informative, well-structured, and taught by a dedicated instructor, this is the one to choose!

The course is well explained and covers a lot of interesting subjects but unfortunately it uses way too many third party libraries which actually aren't helpful for learning NextJS itself but rather learning how to delegate a lot of actions to those third party libraries instead. I wished the course would use less external libraries and instead teach us how to do as much as possible with NextJS. I have started the course recently and already had to install an external package for almost any single step we are doing, so I am not sure I'll finish this course because I personally don't want to learn how to use libraries but NextJS itself. But if you are someone who prefers to use libraries I'd say the course is so far probably one of the best I've found in this sense. So please consider this before buying.

Amazing. Blown away by the quality and thoroughness of this course. Especially appreciate the pacing and consistency throughout the entire course; it doesn't fizzle out towards the end like many other longer courses. The instructor takes you all the way from the very start of a project to deployment; actually deploying the app and covering some of the intricacies and issues you may run into. The narration is also great, making this course particularly easy to follow along to compared to many other courses I've taken. I would have liked to have seen automated testing covered, especially on an app of this scope. But the course is already 27 hours long and easily exceeded my expectations in every other way.

I've been trying to get a personal app over the line for awhile. I've done other courses, but they were over-complicated and ultimately lead me to wasting ALOT of time. This was the course that got me across the line as the explanations and examples were clear and concise. Neil is a great teacher.

Very informative and intersting! I love doing learn-by-doing courses as it is great opportunity to gain a lot of practice and hand-on experience; Overcoming challenges that arise during developing process makes me even more ready for a job; A little caveat is that i stucked on authentication part and had to implement on my own due to approach with NextAuth that seemed really confusing; But overall impression is great

I love the simplicity of using Next.js app router and TypeScript for full-stack web development. I even convert courses I have been doing that use React.js to Next.js and often marvel at how Next.js makes the sometimes long-winded approaches of React.js more intuitive and efficient. Neil's course is excellent at giving me the necessary in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Next.js and TypeScript to use in my other projects. I hope he will also regularly update this course as Next.js and Auth.js break new ground. Neil takes time to explain every step as he guides us in building a full-stack app with Next.js - you will not be disappointed!
