Course Description

Google Flutter framework has taken the world by storm. Flutter allows developers to write a single codebase which targets both the iOS and Android devices. Flutter applications are fast and high performance and allows developers to quickly deploy apps for both platforms at the same time.

In this course, you will learn how to write Flutter apps using MVVM Design Pattern. You will learn how to create several different applications and write modular code, which is easy to understand, maintain and execute.

Check out the course outline below:

Understanding MVVM Design Pattern

In this section, you will learn about the MVVM Design Pattern. This section will lay the foundational concepts which will be carried out throughout the course.

News App

In this section, you will learn how to build a complete News application. This application will integrate with NewsAPI and fetch the latest news to the user. You will learn how to implement the app using MVVM Design Pattern. You will also learn how to use the webview to display the details of the news.

Place Finder

Place Finder app allows users to search for their favorite restaurant near their location. In this section you will learn how to sign up and integrate your Flutter app with Google Maps API. You will list nearby places on the map and also display them in the list. And finally when the user selects, the app will launch either Google or Apple maps app to take the user to their destination.

City Care

In this section you will learn how to integrate camera and photo library in Flutter apps. You will also learn how to upload photos to a custom server and then display the data by fetching it from the server.

Hacker News App

In this section you are going to create Hacker News app using the Hacker News public API. You will learn how to fetch stories and associated comments from hacker news and display them in your app.

Here are some reviews from my students:

It's really nice to find all of these hidden nuggets inside of each section. When you read the section header you think there is not much to the section but the instructor goes out of his way to bring in real life scenarios.

If you want to learn JSON decoding, encoding case by case, this is the course you have to take. I love the course because lecture planing is great. It is starting from beginner level, Mohammad teaches step by step and case by case and explanations are very clear. At the end you feel that you have mastered the whole subject.

Mohammad is a great instructor, I really like his courses.

Finally I understood how encodable and decodable works!

I really hope you enjoy the course and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Enjoy the course and start building Flutter apps!

Not a beginner course but intermediate-advanced, straight to the point and get the job done with not a bunch of videos for every little thing

This course have a excelent sample projects , but i believe instructor can show this samples more deep dive advanced topics ! Example: use the first project news app for introduction about MVVM , and the city care project using advanced topics implementing Unit Test , Integration test and test widgets ! inside MVVM Architeture . using local database for save localy data and syncrozine using Firebase ! Thanks the training is very good and help a lot to started a MVVM Arch

Really liked this course, although it does repeat itself a bit, it is easy to understand, well thought out, and the repetition does reinforce the MVVM approach. The course has given a great way to structure my own apps going forward. Many thanks.

I have done 2 Flutter intro courses here on Udemy, so this intermediary course seems like the perfect fit for my level. Azam's course is great. He is taking me for a tour around the flutter API. Among other things you will learn using maps, locations, interesting Google APIs, using Camera, Image Library, etc. There is also a nice section where he clones the UI of famous iOS apps, that's quite useful. But I think the part with the Hacker News App is not so good, because we don't really learn much new here. Instead he should have continued to explore some new interesting part of the Flutter API with us. You could debate which pattern is most appropriate for Flutter: MVVM or BLoC? It seems like the Flutter community prefers BLoC. But MVVM is also a good pattern. And I guess it's rather easy to migrate Azan's applications to BLoC if you want to. After all, those patterns are different flavors of some kind of MVC/MVP pattern I guess. But as said, coming from 2 beginner Udemy Flutter courses I have used my time here well I think.

i like your that word is "start with small, testing your app and then doing forword" over all it is greate course to lear MVVM i realy enjoyed it

Great course with good practical examples. I can really recommend the course. It is just not fully clear to me why to seperate model and view model and not integrating the getter functions of the view model into the model. It would be nice if you could explain this.

Mohammad always makes good courses. He speaks slowly and clearly in a calm relaxing comfortable voice. When i buy courses off udemy i always try to make sure the persons voice has good energy.
