This course really didn't teach me anything new, but I felt like if I was new to hybrid work, it covered the topic really well. I am a "veteran" of hybrid work, so I can validate that this is good material for someone new to this.

I was assigned this course from my company as we move toward a more robust hybrid work environment. It brought up several great tips for maximizing the hybrid experience while also keeping that visibility that managers and leadership like to see. Highly recommend!

We manage engineers and this is an outstanding overview of ways to help our people be effective in a hybrid environment. I loved the quote about having people speak up and how a closed mouth does not get fed. I plan to use that with my people on their year-end reviews.

Overall, course is very well thought out and presented. I can recommend it honestly to anyone who works hybrid. Docking one star, as based on personal preference I don't like working from home, so the premise that I am more focused at home doesn't apply.

I've taken many courses on uDemy and this was one of my favorites for the following reasons: 1) Topics were clear 2) Instructors voice, tone and delivery was clear and well timed 3) Content was well-structured 4) Summarization was concise Thank you! This is feels very "Hybrid 101" and I appreciated your defining the audience ahead of time. I am not your defined audience but I did enjoy the tips as reminders. They are still relevant in a smaller team setting. It felt like the focus was really on how to get people to notice you, which is a fine topic, but not what I was expecting. My only real criticism would be your use of "thrivability". This sounded nonsensicle and I almost turned off the training. I am happy I did not though.

I dislike some of the language used in this lecture, such as referring to a situation when you are overworked as "kill yourself with too much work". This is fairly heavy, and could be better stated. There are a few other leading examples, but this stood out to me.

Hassan really did an excellent job assembling and presenting this information. I found this course to be a valuable resource with actionable insight that I’ll be returning to yearly. I got some critical ideas from this course, and I know I’ll be able to use them to increase visibility and get promoted faster even though I am a Hybrid employee in a on-site first company.

The good: -This course is short and to the point, no fluff here! -Useful practical advice, highly recommended for people new to remote/hybrid work. -Good production value and clear explanations. Could be improved: -The course felt very geared towards individual contributors rather than more senior workers. Most of the advice is about how to be seen/influece those above you on the leadership hierarchy. As a middle manager my biggest challenge is influencing and measuring my peers and direct reports. Nevertheless, I still found very useful advice here and I think that no matter your level at your company you'll find at least 2 or 3 useful tactics.
