Well organised and easy to pause and jump in and out of Twitter to experiment. A little outdated on menus but that makes me look around more so even that was useful.

By Nella Coiro on 11/4/2018

This course is outstanding! It It is extremely comprehensive and Eric is very interesting and engaging. I really enjoyed this course and learned a great deal.

By Mina Stanovich on 2/13/2018

Easy to understand and follow. Good pace and I love the hands on training! I am not a fan of podcasts and meetings but that is just me. I still enjoyed this course and think you are an excellent instructor.

By Zach Heng on 4/28/2017

This course is helpful for anyone who has never used or seen twitter. It's extremely basic and not specifically targeted for business use. Concepts and tools covered can be (and are) utilized for both personal and business use. Bottom line - this course isn't for frequent Twitter users.

By Bill Taylor on 11/12/2016

Very clear and informative for someone new to Twitter as myself. I am beginning to understand and not feel overwhelmed.

By Nouran Aref on 6/24/2016

it the better course I had ever for beginner the only problem was that the video Ads which is wasting time but the course have a good martial and good ways to learn

By Sarah Roussos on 3/25/2016

This man is insane in his teaching ability as well as his knowledge in the field. I've signed up for as many of his classes as I possible can! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! Now if he would be as kind when you treat him!

By Elizaveta Hesketh on 2/11/2016

A lot in this course, but it is very basic - I didn't learn a thing. Also, I don't think this is a good course for business. If I were a marketer, all I would learn is how to set up my account. I would have to go elsewhere to learn about analytics and how to tackle actual business growth.

By Carl Spira on 9/12/2013

This course was a joy to take. The instructor is well trained in presentation technique and was never boring or tiring. From no knowledge of Twitter to when to "tweet" and what words to use, it is all here. Samples on how businesses can utilise and have utilised Twitter for PR,customer service and connections. The course was all I hoped for and then some.....I went on and bought their other courses on Social Media, better vote than that is hard to imagine!

By Mike Marcolin on 6/19/2013

Eric does a fantastic job at making twitter understandable to someone who does not use it due to being timid. The course information is extremely user friendly and helpful. Great job Eric. Best regards, Mike Marcolin
