My passion is sharing knowledge and inspiring people to explore their curiosities. As a life-long learner, I’ve found that assimilating information is not enough. I also need to break down complex topics and present them to others. Doing so locks that knowledge into my memory and builds a more tacit understanding of the material.

I create courses in my primary fields of interest:

·         Virtual Reality (Including VR, AR, 360, MR, etc.)

·         VR Filmmaking: Narrative Storytelling in Virtual Environments

·         Screenwriting, especially writing for VR

·         VR Product Management

·         Business Management

·         Technology in Education

·         Various Other Business & Entertainment Topics

Born and raised in the United States, I got my undergrad degree in Business. After a great career in the business world, I went back to school in France getting my MBA/MSc in International Business. Then it was off to the United Kingdom where I used Virtual Reality as part of my research while studying for my PhD.

Now back in the USA, working in the Entertainment industry for a studio in Hollywood, California.

Curiosity is your brain’s way of saying, “Hey you! Go learn something!”

Good for a *very* basic understanding of just some of what this VR (AR/MR/XR) industry makes and some of the common terminology. Literally, only a "quick introduction" and nothing beyond that. Useful if you've never heard of/experienced any of these technologies. Otherwise, the course is a bit dated already, and won't really get you started in the industry, making (or even using) VR, or anything like that.

Thanks Michele. Nice Videos to explain different VR. I think a tabular comparison of VR, AR, MR, 360 View & Dimished Reality could improve it a lot. 2nd Point: if you can add the technical details like how VR requirements differ from MR & so on will be great help.

It is just excelent: in content and in visual descriptions of the "lesson". The instructor really knows what she is speaking about and the visual descriptions about all the topics allows to understand inmediately the concept. It was a good experience, I started and finished the whole course in a single session, because the instructor maintained my attention. Thanks.

It is no so much a course as a general talk of the very basic level of what VR is. It is more like reading a magazine article with general descriptions as opposed to a text book with material to learn from. If you have absolutely no idea of what VR is it may benefit you. It is good and generous of the author to have put it out there.

this is an superb course and easy to learn this one because the way of the class was nice by seeing all the examples in front of our eyes Really a very good class and I think by knowing more about virtual reality that our daily life gonna be more easier and accurate

It was a pretty good overview on Virtual Reality, being exactly as I expected it to be. Considering that it was free, I have to say that it was a good, condensed presentation of a vast topic, perfect for those who didn't know any information about virtual realities. I will be following your future activity on Udemy, with the hope that you will make some more technical courses. I am interested primarily in learning Augmented Reality app development (and Virtual Reality, as well), so for now I will be looking for other sources of information. I gave the course 4 stars because -- in the videos in which the teacher is present on screen -- I thought that she looks at the audience a bit strange (stares, to be more specific) and that she displays a eerie smile towards the end of the videos. I just want to say that, while the course in its entirety and the discourse are good, I think that the presentation needs some attention. Keep up the good work! :)

There is a great amount of information and is good. I will prefer more technical terminology. This is a great start for those who will like to become more familiar with VR concepts. The last two sections are great. if this is your first class for VR, I recommend you take this one and then move to more advanced courses.

This course provided a fantastic overview of virtual reality and the differences between the various virtualities. It also gave me a whole list of new tech to check out while I am conducting my graduate research. I am also very grateful for citing all of your resources and linking them, it saved me a ton of time and gave me a lot of leads. Thank you so much!

It's informative, simple and concise for those who are new to virtual reality. The visuals used in the video help me to understand better the differences between the new realities being develop. I believe, this course will help and benefit this new virtual age for years to come.
