Course Description
You're here because you want to become a wedding videographer, right?
Great idea, my friend.
Average wedding videographers make over $3,000 per wedding. Great videographers can make $10,000+ per wedding. And money isn't the only reason to be a wedding videographer. It is an important job that helps capture a beautiful day and preserve memories for a lifetime.
I went from charging $250 to over $3,000 per wedding in just 12 months. You can do the same!

I am looking to do something to make some extra cash. I like the idea of taking photos and making videos. I'm always fascinated by some of the wedding videos i watch and wonder how its done. So for me, its more curiosity and hoping that it will help me do something beautiful for the one who needs my services, hopefully in the future.

SO FAR YES. MY NAME IS RHONDA GUINN. IA RANDALL GUINN'S WIFE. I JUST FINISHED NEW YORK INSTITUTE OF PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE IN PHOTOSHOP FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS. AND I WANT TO HELP HIM IN THE WEDDING BUSINESS THAT WE ARE TRYING TO GET GOING. I THINK I COULD DO THE VIDEO OF THE WEDDINGS IF THE COUPLE WOULD ALSO LIKE A VIDEO OF THE WEDDING AND RECEPTION. I AM THE EDITOR OF THE PHOTOS SO I AM SURE THAT I COULD DO THE VIDEOS TOO.

I'm going to be honest here, the way Phil explained everything was great. I know most people will complain about saying "oh the vide quality is really bad or whatever instruction he's giving don't go with 21' century. thats where you are making biggest mistake as videographer. When you take driving test, you don't use backup camera and you have to park your car manually. same goes here, at first you have to learn all the basics instead of going to the top.

Would’ve like to see more of a video element to this course. Kinda like sitting down and talking to us with cigars than the slides. In some of the videos the mic was scratching maybe reshhot thoses. Other than that pretty good course he seems. Knowledgeable about cigars and how to pair them with different wine and spirits.

Taught by someone who is very knowledgeable in a lot of areas. I've seen Phil's videos and have noticed his presentation skills are better than in some of his earlier courses. He's putting out more courses, and I've enrolled in several of them. Sometimes I even take a course on the same subject taught by someone else just to get a different perspective on things. I'm currently looking into several options for making money and to have a few different streams of income. Phil made me realize the incredible income potential once you are good at this, and it seems that with just a bit of practice, it may not take long to get there. It may be easier for some. For me, I'm an amateur at photography, videography and photo/video editing, so the learning curve will be steeper. But I'm willing to conquer it, as this seems like a fun, intriguing way to make money. It still requires work, a lot of work, but it seems that those are good at it can get paid quite nicely for their valuable skill. Wedding videography seems like it can be a lucrative part time or full time gig, and this course taught me a lot about it. Would be worth going through parts of it again as a refresher, and further learning to be on top of things and learn all of the ins and outs of this business.

I found this course to be quite helpful with lots of good tips and ideas for starting out in a new business. Some of the content was not really relevent to me being from outside the USA so I found this to be a bit frustrating. Some more video content , particularly around where to stand in the church etc would be helpful.

I am very happy I took this course. Philip Ebiner is a personable instructor who covers a lot of material effectively. This course covers many details of starting and running a business, not just how to shoot wedding video. The aspect of managing money is not covered, but there are other courses for that on Udemy. Information about how to operate a videography business of any type is hard to find, and this course is an excellent introduction.

I really enjoyed this course, and would recommend it 100%. It covers almost everything you need to know to set up a successful wedding videography business in a nice informal way. As a videographer looking to take my experience and skills to the next level myself, I left this course motivated and inspired. Keep up your good work, Phil!
