David Murray has been building business websites since 1996 and comes at it from an SEO angle. The description says plainly that it does not cover programming or technical design. It starts from scratch, and it also promises tips for people who have used WordPress for a while but never had any training.

Reviewers keep praising the same thing: clear, step by step teaching in plain English with no jargon. One calls it very practical, and others say it suits the beginner. The complaints are mostly practical ones. One reviewer could not hear the audio even at full volume, two say the videos load slowly, and one wanted advice on hosting and domain names.
