I subscribed to this course for $10 (the limited time offer from Udemy) and I guess it's worth the cost I paid. It honestly covers the basics (as promised in its title) - in a consistent and repetitive manner, well-suited for beginners like me.

This course has helped me out. The content was comprehensive & informative.

need to show a few samples of end product, so that the steps can be used to develop this...eg. newsletter using pucker and bloat effect, rotation text etc..
otherwise good to know each command and its purpose.
dozing off. no games and such. No instructor name. Need opportunity to get a actual certificate from Adobe by attending more courses, rather than attendance cert.

Great course for Illustrator beginners that is easy to follow along with and to understand. The instructor explains the basics step-by-step at the perfect pace - not too fast, not too slow. He also has a good voice/tone for instruction that is calming, yet not boring. (I took a video course through another online school last year and had Barney the purple dinosaur as my instructor...I only made it halfway through the course.) If you need or just want to learn Illustrator, start here!

I learned a lot on this Adobe Illustrator fundamental course, however, it would be better if there will be a lot of assignments or activities for each lesson.

Good basic instructions and understanding, I like how he has even thrown in some shortcuts to help you move around the program faster. Excellent instructor, I enjoyed learning under him.

Excellent course! I have learned so much new techniques which I haven't known before. Thank the instructor to put this up. It is very valuable.

because this is The Best Course , I took couple of courses here but this one is very perfect, exact and very easy to understand. It's by a Best Teacher .

The instructor was nice and brief and to the point which I liked. I got a fairly good summary about what Illustrator is all about with useful techniques and examples. He also has a pleasant voice.

all the basics were covered giving a general idea of illustrators aim. The knowledge acquired from this course can propel you into learning more of the ins and out illustrator.

this was so fun i learned a lot of things that can give me more power to be a good animator but i can't understand English too much i am trying and learning from my teacher and there is some i can understand but i understand how illustrator is good i am having fun (:

Instructor speaks to fast and misses important intermediate steps. "When you know how to do something well, you tend to forget how you got there", slow down and make every step clear. Remember we don't know what you know, so show us.
