Good course but at the end of the course you are afraid that it ends? whats that even represent? And not even bother to add a completion video at end of course to provide last closing remarks. I think author need to learn assertivness from this course.

I enjoyed it and it changed my perception of assertiveness.Its not being aggressive but being open and active in ones communication,dealing with problems head on and leading by example.

I thought this course was really well put together and explained professionally by Dr. Naraine. Thank you for an enjoyable class. Are you related to Jimmy Naraine? He also teaches self-confidence classes on Udemy and you both seem very similar in the way you speak and present yourselves.

I am going to keep going on in this course. Extremely good information that makes you take a look at yourself and how you communicate.in the workplace, from an apology to managing your speech and facial expressions. Sometimes it is as simple as a pause! Who would have thought that? I do now after taking the sections of this course I have taken so far.

I appreciate all the stories, but would like more visual aids on occasion for this being a video course. Otherwise I would have preferred this in a podcast format.

I certainly learned a lot on how to work on my behavior and character as an employee as well as a leader or manager. I always had a different understanding on what assertiveness looked like but now know how to go about being assertive at work in a respectful way.

The section on providing a feedback sandwich is outdated and incorrect. This model confuses the person on the receiving and as they dont truly know if they are doing well or receiving constructive feedback. Also, the focus on personal appearance is outdated.

I tend to have low confidence especially since I was bullied in one of my work places. I don't have that issue here. I want to be the best I know I can be.

This has been an enlightening experience for me. The course is packed with information and life examples that everyone can use at work. The speaker is clear, natural, confident and expressive. A must for all!
