I am learning a lot about how to communicate adequately with people whether in a professional place or outside of work. This course has really touched in a lot of small things that i never use to pay attention. It has also taught me nonverbal communication is as important as verbal communication

Good course, gives good social tips that are useful. I do not like that some situations endures an optimistic point of view and It underestimates a negative point of view instead of making a balance of both. That would enrich the course contents to a more resilient attitude. It presents low quality evidence that is more as a result of cherry picking situations and exploiting placebo effect instead of presenting more solid science evidence.

I think the trainer really belabored the point about all the various kinds of handshakes. Personally, I haven't ever observed the horizonal palm up or palm down ones: perhaps those are more common in the middle east or India? I enjoyed the later sections more.

Overall, I found it as good information. Somethings felt overly simplified. One thing I found very off-putting is clapping hand during presentation. Perhaps it's cultural thing, but nevertheless, it was very destructing from presented content
