With exercise files you can download and work along with me. At the end of each video I have a downloadable version of where we are in the process so you can compare your project with mine making it easy to see where you might have a problem.

I’ll be showing you how to work with Dreamweaver to easily create HTML & CSS websites. How to create mobile and tablet versions of your design and how to test your website on your phone.

I’ll be teaching you how to create navigation bars, how to work with responsive images and favicons.

We’ll work with Dreamweaver’s new Bootstrap integration to easily add carousels, tabbed menu’s and accordions. Even easier you’ll learn to impress clients by embedding videos, calendars, maps, event ticketing & social sharing options.

Sharing is who I am, and teaching is where I am at my best, because I've been on both sides of that equation, and getting to deliver useful training is my meaningful way to be a part of the creative community.

I've spent a long time watching others learn, and teach, to refine how I work with you to be efficient, useful and, most importantly, memorable. I want you to carry what I've shown you into a bright future.

I have a wife (a lovely Irish girl) and kids. I have lived and worked in many places (as Kiwis tend to do) – but most of my 14+ years of creating and teaching has had one overriding theme: bringing others along for the ride as we all try to change the world with our stories, our labours of love and our art.

I'm a certified Adobe instructor (ACI) in Ireland. I'm also an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) and have completed the Adobe Certified Associate training (ACA). And I don't just do Adobe. Remember, media is a very broad term – digital blew out the borders, so we are all constantly learning.

I've been teaching for 14+ years. I come from being a media designer and content creator – so I understand exactly where you're at now. I've been there. I love this stuff. Print, digital publishing, web and video. I can see how it all connects. And I can see how we can share those connections.

The course is amazing, removing half a star just because the course is getting old, and with Dreammweaver 2020, I had to look for things that look different, like the properties tab. Took me a while to find it and put it in the bottom of the window! Also now Dreamweaver uses Bootstrat 4.4.1, and the course is about Bootstrap 3. Lots of CSS classes were not available, changed names, or looked different. Again Daniel Scott is a great instructor. I give him 5 stars.

Excellent! With start to finish. Dan really takes the time to ensure what to expect and how to handle common web designer debacles. Thanks Dan, keep it up! I have many more courses to go with you

By Dan Geller on 2/16/2020

Dan goes a little fast. The latest version of DW is a bit different from the version in the lessons so that gets confusing. I'm working on a MacBook Air - sometimes what I see on my screen differs from what is in the video so that adds confusion. I would also like to see more in-depth explanations of basic things like why we need to do certain procedures and exactly what they mean. However, the course as a whole is very informative and definitely worth the price of admission.

Nice course. Taught well. Concluding lectures are very encouraging if you are just starting as a web designer/developer. Tutor knows his stuff in relation to working with Adobe and it shows through. Bottom line creating web pages can cover a vast amount of learning time for a student. This course does make a hard topic appear simple. In fact after completing this course my confidence level has gone up a few notches and maybe I might actually begin to earn some income following the advice given. Rob

This course it's perfect for beginners like me. In the past I have use Dreamweaver in basic HTML, but when it came Bootstrap I was lost. But now the way Daniel explained to me, now I'm pretty sure I can design the way I like it. I'm a Graphic Designer like him, and after Adobe eliminate MUSE or don't do no more support to it I was kind of lost in the web design world. But now the new knowledge that I gained with this course I feel more comfortable designing web pages using Dreamweaver. Can't wait to start on designing! Thanks Daniel; I'm looking forward to se more courses from you about Dreamweaver to get 100% of it. Thanks again and good course!

So far, so good. I'm in a weird place in that I've been a web dev before but i'm new to bootstrap and learning how to use it. For this course, i chose to use BS 4 instead of 3 knowing i would have to make a few changes on selectors etc... but as we go on through the nav section where a lot of changes happen between BS 3 and BS 4, I'm having difficulty mainly with spacing things in a flex box or regular container. I never understand how to vertically align selectors in Bootstrap, but I understand text align just fine. two different concepts. I expect it will be covered at some point. Otherwise I'll just do another responsive dreamweaver course. :)

By Michael Shea on 3/23/2018

since there has been changes to bootstrap from when this course came out, a lot of tags and classes prebuilt from this version to the new version are completely different and some of the instruction won't transfer to application since they changed.

By Yana Naidenov on 2/8/2018

This course is very comprehensive, and Daniel takes you step-by-step on building a simple yet visually grabbing Bootstrap website, leaving no stone unturned, and explaining every step very clearly and in detail. It's a totally hands-on, learn-by-doing video tutorial, ideal if you're more of a visual type, good also for designers who are attempting to understand the relationships between visuals and code. Really great section at the end about payment and how to professionally handle how much you charge for your web-design. Excellent course, the best I've done on Dreamweaver!

Great course, easy to follow and understand! Great instructor too!Already got more of his courses. Anyone thinking of getting Daniel's courses including Bootstrap Responsive Design using Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2018 go for it, you'll be glad you did it! Plus a bonus, i learnt in the same course how to transform a PSD website template into the responsive bootstrap website a benefit that isn't explicitly stated though in the course intro. Its like killing two birds with one stone. Almost all Dan's courses are like that you learn something extra that is relevant to web and graphic design and development.

By Troy Phillips on 8/3/2017

This course is well laid out and very easy to understand. I have done my own web page development and wanted to take the course as a refresher because I am going to build a few sites for my self. I recommend this course to everyone that wants to learn the basic of Dreamweaver CC with HTML and bootstrap. I have to admit I learned a lot of stuff I didn't even know you could do. This course covers a lot of useful information in a short time and the instructer is helpful and easy to understand and follow.
