Course Description
Everyone wants their own little slice of success on the internet, don't we?
No doubt, you've found yourself on websites and thought, "I wonder who owns this site?"
You'd probably be surprised to find out that many of the websites that you visit on a day-to-day basis are owned by people just like you!
In this course, I'm going to teach you how to build a niche website business just like those sites you visit and wonder about!
Ever since the original dotcom boom in the late 1990's people dreamed about what it would be like to build an online business, but then they dismiss the idea because they think that the technology is beyond them or that they need to create the next Microsoft or Google to be successful.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
For the last ten years, I've been building websites in a variety of different markets, attracting free traffic, turning those site visitors into various forms of revenue and then either keeping those sites or selling them at up to 40x their monthly net profit!
And here's the thing, it doesn't take any in-depth technical skills at all to build and run a niche website business.
I've been working on and perfecting my processes for a decade now and I have the entire thing locked down tight - when I decide to go into a new market and build a site, my chances of success are extremely high.
So you might be thinking, "Why would you share this process away if it works so well?"
The truth is stranger than fiction - the market for building a portfolio of income generating web properties is enormous and strangely, as more people enter the industry, with my system it becomes easier to spot opportunities, but it also attracts more INVESTORS into the asset class.
Investors? Asset class? Web properties?
Yeah, income producing niche websites that accrue in value over time as assets are now an investment class that serious investors are beginning to put money into in a big way.
Website brokerage marketplace, Flippa, brokers over $5m per month in site sales and in 2017, brokered 30,000 sales.
The New York Times in 2016 bought a site dedicated to technology and gadget reviews called "The Wirecutter" for over $30m and that site was bootstrapped by one guy, from his own only a few years earlier.
This is a growing industry and the more quality assets that are built out, the more money that will pour in.
So what am I going to teach you exactly?
I'm going to teach you how I think about the entire process of investigating markets and then I'm going to show you how I do it.
You're going to learn:
How to spot potentially valuable and profitable niches
Identify serious competitors and ones that you can overtake
Which topics you can focus on to establish your footprint in the market
How to setup and build your niche website
What tools are going to help you get the best outcome
How to research and create content that attracts free traffic
What you need to do to scale and grow your site over time
And much, much more...
What do you need to do to have success?
I think it's important to spell out for people upfront what's expected of them to achieve the kind of success that I'm talking about because the truth is, it would be easy to "sell the dream" and make people believe that they can push one or two buttons and money will fall out of the sky, but that's simply not the case.
You're going to have to put the work in!
You're going to need to watch the lectures in the course, take notes and then go out and put what I show you into practice.
The process is easy, I show you the tips, tricks and tactics, but the thing that I can't teach you is... hard work and consistency.
If you're willing to put the effort in over three, six and even twelve months, then that's not something I help you with.
But if you want it, and you're able to put in a couple hours of work every week, then this system and process that I teach in this course is something that you can totally make work for you.
So what are you waiting for? See you on the inside!

Sean Kaye
Hi, my name is Sean Kaye and I have the luxury of solving varied and complicated problems using technology for a living.
Ever since I can remember, I've been fascinated by the way technology evolves to more efficiently and effectively help people get things done.
For the last 20 years of my career, I've worked with large companies to apply leading edge technology to deliver results and to help them achieve their desired business goals and outcomes.
I've been involved with every major wave of technology since the early 90's working with companies to connect to the internet for the first time, designing early web-enabled ecommerce platforms through to cloud computing and hybrid IT over the last ten years especially.
During that time, I've worked with the technology of every major platform and vendor in the public and private cloud space such as: VMWare, Google, Microsoft and Amazon.
In my spare time over the past decade, I setup and run a few of online marketing services businesses with my wife. This area has expanded my mind and skillset into things like SEO, Copywriting and Content Marketing. In particular, I've been able to combine these online marketing skills with my technology and management experience to help people setup and operate their own online businesses successfully.
I'm originally from Toronto, Canada but have been living in Sydney, Australia for the past 21 years with my wife and son.

Author goes into great depth on each topic. You can tell he has hands on experience when it comes to the subject at hand. Would have given him a 5 star, only reason i didn't is due to the fact he said there will be an advance section but I couldnt see one. Overall, great course. I would highly recommend it

The author talks way too much and either goes around beating around the bush before getting to the point or takes a lot of time to say something that could be said in a lot less time. I kept getting distracted all the time and having to rewind. The content was not organized in a way that I found useful. He touches on a lot of topics, but doesn't really go deep in any, so you end up finishing the course and saying "ok... so now what?". I think this course would be more beneficial to someone who already knows something about the topic, maybe has already gone through the process of creating a niche website, and so he/she will have the context required for the information in this course to actually be valuable. All in all, I'm sure there is some valuable information here but in my opinion, don't expect to take up this course and be able to start building your niche website properly.

As a straightforward letting you know how it works, if you've looked into internet marketing a lot you can easily recognize the truth in this course. This is not a fluff course at all, it's chock full of how you can put something up on the internet and actually compete in business and not base it on hope or false expectations. There's lots of real stuff and examples in it and it's a great utilization of information based selling on the internet. The author is not kidding a bit and although it can get quite technical I feel I got a sound base on which to use my domains I collect and finally answer the question what do I do with my website(s)? He lays out the actual blueprint here sans the smoke and mirrors and hype and buzz. You can really see it.

I already knew a bit about the niche sites business model before taking this course. I did get a lot of new insights and I especially enjoyed the content section. I now have a clearer view about what a page in a niche site would look like. I took half a star off because I felt I wanted "more". Nevertheless, I think this a great course especially for those that have never heard of niche sites before.

This just makes sense. No pie in the sky reports of making $400,000 per month but working diligently, consistently and with a plan, you to can make a living with niche websites. Sean's delivery is excellent. This course is well laid out with great ideas for brainstorming ideas to use for sites, and how to get article ideas about content, which has always stumped me. You think you have a great idea for a site, the keyword tools make it seem pretty good, but as soon as you set up the hosting and buy the domain, all the great article ideas sound stupid. Sean helps work through that. I cannot express enough how much this course cleared up for me! Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!

This is an excellent course. The material is laid out in a logical manner and the instructor knows his stuff. Discovering a new (and affordable) keyword research tool and the FB community are my big takeaways. Whether you're building your first niche site or you've built a number of them, you'll definitely learn something from this course.

The introduction is great really but doesn’t give me a solid idea of what this course is really about. Some courses are designed to suck you in to purchase other products with actually helping the student. When I hear words like “this will work” “this program”....I want to be involved in “this program”. It just provided lip service.

Excellent course! Sean does a great job of explaining all facets of building a niche website. Lecture 20 is worth the price of admission alone. I could have paid $497 for a similar course that wouldn't have covered half as much as this course. One tip: Sean's speaking pace is perfect for increasing the video speed to 1.5 without any loss of quality.
By Les Peckham on 12/28/2018
The course was very complete and well organized. I think to much time was spent on the tools mentioned, because few beginners are going to use some of the more costly ones. Overall a decent course, I think more complete instructions could help the newbie as far as explaining anchor text and back links, and ways to get traffic other than by organic means. Overall for the cost, a good course for the beginner.

This is such a thorough, useful overview that I think many people could benefit from it - whether they're intending to set up a niche website or otherwise. It is clearly focussed on how to put commerce as your main priority, without being scuzzy or grabby and giving your visitors good value. Sean clearly knows his stuff and this is marketing advice with intelligence and integrity. Will be recommending to my students.
