Course Description
Imagine you’re in a meeting, and your team is struggling to come up with a solution for a persistent problem. The ideas floating around feel uninspired, and time is running out. You start feeling the pressure to innovate, but every direction seems like a dead end.
Now, imagine that you have a secret weapon—a mindset that allows you to approach the problem from a fresh, creative angle. Instead of feeling stuck, you have a framework that not only helps you generate new ideas but also helps you test, refine, and implement those ideas effectively. You confidently guide your team through the process, turning that tricky problem into an opportunity for innovation. The solution you propose not only impresses your colleagues but also improves user experience and drives results for the business.
This transformation is possible when you master Design Thinking.

I am disappointed since this is just a recording of a virtual Teams session. The quality is not very good due to the network dependency of the Teams session and there are actually sections (27?) that have no sound.

The instructor that was attached in the description is not actually the person leading the class. Didn't realize this would be a re-run of a past zoom call class. Instructor sound and slideshow quality is poor. Class description was misleading.
