I am always open to relearning what I already know. Seasoned leaders get stuck in a rut and forget the commonsense approaches, repetition proves to be a valued learning tool. this training is well organized, thought provoking and motivating.

It was good informative. Requires interaction and some tests during the program.

The trainer is mentioning very important information but without proper supporting materials.

it should be more informative and the phrases were kind of not interconnected. HR course should include payroll, leaves, pension and other things. it's not only conflicts, recruitment. from my prospective, the three courses (beginner, excellency program 1& 2) missing a lot of information.

I have learned new things and techniques to improve my performance as a manager more examples of real live situations would have been helpful

The course is difficult to engage with because it is has the same tone of voice the whole course. The visuals are a powerpoint presentation without people. It lacks the connection with real life examples and it's not much in depth. It's mostly short explanations of terms and concepts. A bit like HR for dummies,, but the books have more depth and draw you to the content.

Yes this is a good course for me as I already have industry experience and this helps me add on to my skill set.

It helps me to understand more the employees and to know that each person has different's ways to be rewarded according to their personal desires

Content is comprehensive and the production quality exceeds my expectations. It only needs a few practical examples

It provides the best practices, and address very important subjects in the HR Field. Also, it provides very rich hand out materials in the end.
