Very good and comprehensive material, there is quite a lot of dull reading and listening, but it is not very long!

Some important facts were no captured on screen. More graphics would have helped. Practical examples / real-life case studies would have enhanced the learning experience e.g. well publicised IT failure being unpacked through an IT Governance lens over the course of presenting the material

The presenter is just basically reading the slides. Wast of time as I can read them on my own. Get someone who can present the information with real-life examples. (Not that I'm blaming the presenter)

The course is a good match for me because it describes IT Governance relative to responsibilities, areas of focus, and standardization.
By George Edward Neizer on 12/25/2018
It helped to understand the benefits of aligning IT to business strategy and the need to put in place governance structures to ensure better IT service delivery and to get value for money in terms of it technology acquision.

The course content is good, but the inability to access the slides and the inaccurate - and often plain wrong - close captioning are not helpful to someone who is hearing impaired.
By Christina Mortel on 7/2/2018
It is providing a good foundation on the frameworks organizations can use to align business and IT requirements.

This is the second course I have rated but the first screen is blank. There was definitely a rating scale but it wasn't visible so I just clicked. I have no clue what the scale is or what I gave it.

Excellent course for anyone wanting to know the basics of IT Governance and then some. Great printouts come with the course as well. You can't get THAT from a YouTube video!!!
By Stephen Murphy on 8/20/2016
Just started the course. One distracting thing for me was the narrator reading dialogue that wasn't in the slides. Made it a little hard to follow. This is fine when the slides have bullets, but not when they have paragraphs.
