I like the topics that have been covered for quick revision and explaining concepts with examples but the instructor uses too many "oks" while explaining which gets a bit annoying. This course can be used for a quick revision of the basic java concepts.

This is one of the best course I found on Udemy. This course makes you not only self-realiable but also job ready development skills. And I also strongly recommend everyone to take Faisal Sirs, "Java Spring Boot Microservices eCommerce Project Masterclass." This course is a GEM in the pool of courses. It covers end to end lifecycle of whole project structure. Straight to the point with elaborated explanations and clears all your doubts and questions in advance. Beyond everything, it's bug free code, it means the professor makes advancement as and when it is needed. Thank you faisal Sir. You are the one of the best faculty who believe in educating, and does complete justice in giving out industry and job ready training program. I rate Faisal sir, 5/5, with greaty sincerity and honesty.

This 3 star review is according how things stand right now (16.03.2024). This course is a mess/work in progress. This course has all the lessons doubled (old and new). The old stuff is just bad for 2024 standards. Not the information per say but everything else. Why are there even now the old stuff if some were redone? I mean there should be a first video explaining everything not a middle of the course section talking about it. I strongly recommend not doing the old videos. The "new" stuff is a work in progress and despite being a huge improvement from the old stuff it's not finished. I had problems with audio (different volume for some videos) and i don't 100% know if ti's the course or udemy but i tried different browsers and still same thing. Then some exercises are busted. I thought i was going crazy. There's an exercise that at some point i thing the instructor change the class name (i think it was a class) so everything failed despite the solution being ok but locally everything was fine and i thought i was crazy but finally after a couple of minutes i said fine i'll check the solution and the solution was the same but the name was different !!! Anyway let's move on ... The new stuff don't have quizzes and exercises which sucks. I think the order of lessons can get some attention. Some sections don't have resources for them and despite being new for intellij section the presentation assistant is in intellij now and not a plugin if i understood correctly. In conclusion all my complaints and observations are due to the fact the course is being redone. On the other hand if the instructor finishes the course this can be a easily 5star course because new stuff looks nice and the information is really good and i could easily watch it at 1.75 or 2 speed which is a plus in my book. Because of this i completed the entire course. Note: When the course will be redone this rating should be ignored.

Things that could be better: Removal of hand written slides. I can read and understand english, do not need him waving his cursor madly over words or points. Overkill - some sections, fact sheet, quiz, and coding challenge, and a summary section. and some sections do not have these. Explains well

I took this course to refresh my Java skills, but it turned out to be much more informative and deeper than I expected it to be, in a very good way. It had everything I needed, how to work with files, threads, collections, in addition to the basics of it. Really enjoyed this course, and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn Software Engineering, and Java in particularly.

I don't have the correct words to describe how satisfied I am with this course. Faisal is the best teacher ever. A lot of hands on challenges. Answers to all the questions that you have in less than 24 hours. Faisal answered all the questions directly. Thank you Faisal.

Great course for anyone new to Java and/or Coding. Instructor is always available and responds quickly to any questions or queries. On-demand format, and structured lesson lengths make learning and reviewing an easy process and the content is excellent for students at entry level.

I have a some basic knowledge in C programming. When i saw Java, it was like a big change for me, so i got lost, confused and started to hate programming world. This course is so simple, like i mentioned, i have basic knowledge in C programming, but instead of skipped all the lectures that i already learnt at school, i watched them carefully one by one just to refresh my self, and i actually so happy because i learnt so many new things : those little details that i didn't know or not pay enough attention to before. So, i take back my words saying that i started to hate programming world. I love it. Would like to learn more.
