As an alumna of Big 8/6 public accounting leadership development programs, big pharma leadership programs, Center for Creative Leadership LDP program graduate, and having taken Organizational Theory and Business Management classes in a brick and mortar MBA program, throughout the three hour segments, there was a lot of redundant messaging and overlapping topics that could have been consolidated, thereby making better use of the student's time. Program should be between 1.5 to 2 hours maximum.
