Love the professor's teaching style and point of frame. He takes lessons beyond typical leadership qualities and dives into important human qualities. This course does a great job laying out how to be a good leader for deeper meaning and reasons than company output.

This is more of top leadership has to start following and should create the culture. more continuous and 1-1 or 1-group feedback loop helps to improve rich culture.

It is easy to understand and as a director in an organization this course is giving me practical ways to develop a healthy and principled system of leadership. I am enjoying the real way the instructor lays out the reasoning of a sound business plan.

Absolutely would recommend this course for people who really do want to understand the importance of understanding the principles of leadership, and how to demonstrate these principles in the day to day work. Mr. Miller has kind, inviting charisma as an instructor and has the innate ability to explain complex and abstract concepts in an easy and digestible way. I am looking forward to get to his other courses.

Quite relatable and practical. More intriguing that he used real life examples and experiences. Getting children to do charity work from when they are young, his faith, his previous Canadian Health workplace. Also, the graphical representation and engagement exercises makes the course more understandable.
