Learn Adobe Illustrator from Scratch (Udemy.com)

I found a lot of gems in here that were helpful. I use CS5 version but CS6 is enough alike that it worked fine. Some things I would improve to make this 5 stars: Improve sound quality, and make consistent between videos. Some were higher quality sound than others. I would also "speed things up" a bit. There were many parts where I wanted the instructor to hurry up to the next thing, so lots of dead space that could have been edited out. If I want to slow down I can always pause a video so it's ok to chop out extra bits to speed things along.

Die Tonqualität war teilweise sehr schlecht. Damit war es schwer den Inhalt zu verstehen. Die Untertitel waren kaum hilfreich. Grundwissen in Illustrator ist für den Kurs erforderlich. Meiner Meinung nach kann man dem Kurs, ohne das man die Basics kennt nur schwer zu folgen. Trotz allem erklärt er vieles und umfassend. Auch Fortgeschrittene können noch etwas lernen.

The course was just very easy to follow. i learned a lot more about adobe illustrator than I had from other sources Thanks for a wonderful course on adobe illustrator. The instructor was very knowledgeable and very easy to understand. His presentation of the course as just right on and simply great.

The sound quality is bad. Just irritating really. It's very scratchy and the volume tends to go up and down. (I assume when he gets closer and further from the mic.) He takes a lot of pauses when he talks and some times I think the sounds has just gone out, its distracting. Other then that, it's a bit slow, but educational.

The setup learning from scratch and explaining every function so I understand how it works is unique and different from most adobe illustrator tutorials. Also the tempo is very good and clear to understand

He takes his time and is easy to understand. I am not new to illustrator but I am new to going onto Illustrator with very specific needs, and so I really need to know the lingo and during this first video alone, I was able to pause and fix one of the issues I was having already.

I just finished listening through the set completely...will have to go back to specific parts of course...here is my feedback: - while waiting for the improved sound which is being worked on, it can be fiddled with by adjusting the speed settings up and down and it helps a lot.. not perfect but a lot better. -The information he gives is worth pressing through for if you are somewhere between a beginner and intermediate and want to raise your level...maybe not in one jump but he has a whack of a lot of material that could have only been gained by working in the industry with this program over the years... -having a bit of background before coming in to this set helps as the sound has such problems, so it knowledge helps to decipher it. -it would have been nice to have a sample chapter of how the sound is even though a free course, as one only finds out after committing to the course... anyway, Thanks for this Cheers Stu Harvey

Course did not seem to have been reviewed prior to posting. Some lectures have unwanted mouth sounds, others have low sound quality, and some cut off mid sentence. Appears as if the content wasn't reviewed prior to posting. Very very slow course to make it thru.

Although the audio is bad, and if you can get passed that aspect, this is a good course content-wise. Compared to other beginner's courses, this one instructs the basics and beyond of many tools. That was why I struggled through the audio and less than perfect production qualities. I know the tools already and I wanted to learn more about what I could do with them. This course helped a lot with that - so 5 stars there. Overall, I'd recommend this course for someone who knows about illustrator already and wants to use it more effectively.

I'm sure the instructor knows the product well, but I managed to get through about 12 lectures - the audio challenges are enormous and the pace is so slow that it is hard to stay focused. Sorry I really need to learn illustrator well, but this course is so frustrating because you can't hear what he's referring to and his lag time between actions is just too slow for me.
