Course Description
Have you ever wanted to make a multiplayer game in Unity? Well in this course I'm going to show you how.
I'm providing you with a 3D level that I created and I'm going to be taking you through the design step by step meaning you don't need to have any previous experience
We will cover character setup, changing weapons, 3rd person camera follow and gun aiming
I will be using Photon Unity Networking - Pun, which is completely free. I will be explaining the coding for networking in detail so that you can incorporate it into nay of your own projects as well.
We will be looking at how to synchronize data across the network, killing characters and have healthbars update on everyone's screen, displaying key stats such as killcounts and displaying winners across the network.
We will also create a main menu and lobby menu for three different game types
I will show you how to leave a game and return to the lobby, so that the player data is also removed
We will also be covering team battle games, in this case red and green teams as well as having a no respawn game mode, so if you are killed you return to the lobby. Last player standing then wins.
By the end of this course you will have developed skills upto an intermediate level in multiplayer game design. So why not join today and I look forward to seeing you in my course.

Very clear and concise lessons! The instructor also gets back with us about questions we have and that is very helpful! This course is a few years old but still has helped me get back into Unity after giving up on Unreal due to its complexity this is a breath of fresh air!

Excellent for understand the basics of multiplayer, and shooter gameplay development strategies. Basics ways of coding are implemented to create the logic. Honestly I expected more complex ways of coding but the final result is very good. Thanks for the course.

The explanations about the PUN connection were very good. However, I missed a certain structure in the scripts. For example, the DisplayColor script was responsible for much more than just color selection. I would have liked more separation at this point. Otherwise, it's a great course that's easy to follow.

Course is good, cover lots of Photon Pun 2 concepts but the coding structure is very bad and super unorganized. It could have been one of the best course on Multiplayer if the code was better.

Thank you very much Pete for your effort. Your course is the best i have found until now in ûdemy. I wish every course would be THIS good. Your asset support is HUGE, you stay on the scripts written in the lectures before (not all tutors do that) and you explain every little detail. I could not wish more. Also because of you i could find a solution to the problem, that the 2nd+ Player could not instantiate itself/themselves on the first/master client. I hope to find a Photon Fusion course from you here also. You are an awesome teacher
