Overall, a good course. Great for establishing a baseline, and the main points seem valid. Feedback: Sections 1 & 3 have some overlap. While establishing the parallels is good, the quiz questions were pretty clearly copied from one to the other. Section 2 needs updating. There's no inclusion of Gen Z, who are becoming a larger part of the workforce, with some key differences from Millennials. In Section 2.10, there's a mention of a person in their late 30s being labeled a "slacker" – indicating a bias against Gen X. With 2024 on the horizon, the youngest of Gen X (by the video's definition) is about to be 43. Doesn't quite fit. Given the focus on respecting differences, it seems this could do with an addition on Neurodiversity.

My experience is that it was very informative and helped to understand what the right and wrong things to say in the workforce.

This is one of the most wonderful tutorial I've ever had. So far, it's great. The presenter lady is so humble with expressions, hand movements and facial expressions, that one can connect with the content deeply; only if paying attention.

A very great opportunity of how things have changed in the right direction both at home and in the work place. To make this a better place.

It covered the required information without taking a long time. The presenter had a good flow and stayed on topic.

There were some mixed messages. For example in two of the videos it said that it is not any persons responsibility to explain why something was offensive that it is your job to research it. In the quiz however it says to pull them aside privately and ask them to explain why some is offensive. Otherwise courses were great.

Enjoyed it very much. I also think it may need to be updated slightly given the way social media has taken over society, especially over the last 5 years

I felt that this presentation could have focused on training how to open dialogue instead of pander to a certain agenda. Go over vocabulary, common issues, inclusivity but I do not enjoy trainings that intend to tell one what is the correct and should be done especially in regards to the first three sessions. However the last two managerial sessions at the end were good.

Thank you for the great presentation on, 'Manage Diversity !" This is a great guide /blueprint for various situations that one may encounter. Thank you. Great Job !
By Elizabeth Butts on 12/28/2017
The presentation was good, however, the race and gender sections were identical, including the quizzes. This created a disengagement for me. Plus, I did not feel that the coaching session was an appropriate part of the curriculum. It felt disjointed, as if they had to kill time so threw that in there.
