Think of this as constructive criticism: Why is she talking to me like I am in kindergarten? In the 1st quiz about the office fire, in the first question, personally, I don't get stressed or jittery from these kinds of situations, so none of the choices apply to me. In the second question, I am told to take 15–20 deep breaths to relieve the stress. If that is supposed to help me re-engage with my work, then why would I still be expected to “respond negatively” when someone asks me to reschedule a meeting? Shouldn't I be calmer by then after following the recommended breathing exercise? More generally, the course would be much more effective if it acknowledged that people respond differently to stressful situations instead of presenting highly exaggerated scenarios as though everyone reacts the same way. I also found the repeated emphasis on yoga unhelpful. Yoga may be useful for some people, but presenting it as a general solution for workplace stress assumes that everyone finds it beneficial or enjoyable. There are many different ways people relax and recharge, and the course would be more useful if it presented these as individual choices rather than repeatedly promoting yoga as though it were universally effective.

This course taught me the importance of managing workplace stress effectively and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I learned that stress is a normal part of the workplace, but it should be managed in a way that does not negatively affect performance, health, or personal well-being. The course helped me understand how to identify the signs of stress and apply practical strategies such as prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, staying organized, and maintaining a positive mindset. I also learned the importance of taking breaks, seeking support when needed, and maintaining a balance between work responsibilities and personal life. Additionally, the course highlighted that work-life balance is different for each individual and may change depending on personal and professional circumstances. By applying the knowledge gained from this course, I can better manage workplace pressures, remain productive, and provide excellent service to clients while maintaining my overall well-being.

I actually enjoyed this course since I have been struggling with my work life balance, I learned that it's important to prioritise and it is also important to take some time off and breath. from now onwards, I don't think I'll feel bad for scheduling a downtime.

With all of the external links for other videos to watch and articles that need to be read to get the full experience of this course the time required for this should be nearly triple what it is. This course states all the standard recommendations of do yoga, practice focused breathing, and meditate but has very little on how to properly do them for the purpose of stress reduction. Even the resources that are linked have very little in the way of how to begin with these topics. The entire course is like many videos and trainings I've seen on the topic in that they all come from a place of privilege. This course assumes the viewers have far more control of their workplace and their jobs than most people actually have.

This course is ideal. When we view our wheels of life we can effectively manage our time for recharge and include meditation, breathing exercises, maintain ultimate rest, and exercise which can and will change our brain. The ultimate reflection is, "We truly have the ability to live an enjoyable lifestyle and don't elect to stress over stress."
