Thanks for the clear and simple explanation on Moq and unit testing. I finally understand what unit tests are and how they help developers write better code. The examples are easy to follow and really effective. It would be great if you could share the source code so we can practice the test scenarios ourselves and learn even more.

I give the presenter credit for a clear and easy-to-follow presentation. Realizing that it's a free course, effective first introduction, yet quite simplistic. You'll get the very basics clearly, but nothing more. A decent job by Khartik.

The material is great, and easy to understand thanks to your good explanation. The best way to learn is the practice, but I cannot practice by myself during the explanation without downloadable code of sample application.

It's good to see the example of different topic to use and get hand-on different Moq framework methods, but my suggestion is that please add some extra content to understand for e.g. Moq method is exactly made for what, what are the parameters, which type of moq objects it can take in etc.. , for each Moq method you've used within this course.

As a complete newbie to MOQ, I found this to be very helpful. I went from being really frustrated and confused to being able to complete my first moq-based test on my own project.

By Gwydion Saxelby on 12/11/2018

You seriously need to add the source code. I'ts quite hard to follow your examples as i'ts mostly lambda expressions and generics. Well commented source code would make this so much easier since i could then see the classes were testing, how and why without just blind faith that this method needs tested like x because i say so. Free course though so i suppose i cant complain too much. but having completed it i feel i don't know moq which is unusual for udemy courses...

By Frans Blezer on 2/15/2018

This is a nice quick introduction on the Moq isolation framework, with even some pointers on more advanced mocking subjects thrown in. It would have been nice if the source code demoed were available. But the demonstrations were easy to follow without it, and hey, you can't complain about a free course ;-)

If you are new to Moq framework, this would be the recommended place to start your journey. Although the course is concise the instructor ensures that the common usages and scenarios are covered in a simple and engaging way. Adding a few quizzes would definitely improve and re-enforce learning. This introduction to Moq framework was definitely worth my time.

Basic required is being covered very well, good ground setup for a deeper dive into unittesting and MOQ.

By Jean-Marc Robin on 6/25/2016

Nice introduction to Moq. I have used Visual Studio 2015 with the NUnit 3 Adaptater Extension, then NUnit 3 and Moq packages from NuGet. Everything worked like a charm. Of course, at the beginning, it takes time to understand the "super simple project". Thanks.
