The instructor demonstrates solid technical skills, which form a strong foundation for the course. As a learner, I value not only the quality of the content but also the clarity of teaching, since effective teaching makes concepts easier to understand and apply. Overall, I would rate the course 4/5. While the sessions felt a bit hurried at times, the course still provided good learning value, and with a slightly slower pace, it could be even more impactful.

I really enjoyed this course! thanks for explaining things very clearly and providing a great full stack project to build.

Great course! I'm very happy to have finally found a course that goes more in-depth into advanced topics. I am a medium-level react/next.js engineer and I've been looking around for courses that focus on more than the usual netflix/airbnb clones with a touch of best practices. However, if I could, I would've rated this course at 9.8 instead of 10 because there are some things that could've been better explained or shown how to get to those answers on our own, like creating both client and server side versions of the firebase functionality.

The course is really great with all needed to create your own app. It is fast paced, what sometimes makes it a bit confusing, but in my perspective this is not an issue since you can come back to the video at any point and see it again. I really recommend it! As a Brazilian, I can say that the pronunciation and talking speed of the presenter is very accesible for non native english speakers.

This is very well presented and organized. It also seems to be quite current in features demonstrated and screenshos in the video which I personally and so grateful for as often times there are many good courses but they may not be kept current and that generally leads to unnecessary confusion. That is NOT the case with this course so well done and cheers!

Pretty comprehensive course on integrating Next JS with Firebase. - Course Developer Level: Intermediate Pace: Good Delivery of Product/Outcome: Good (almost industry ready) Bonus Content: Great - Additional Notes: This course offers great foundation to Next.js, Tailwind, ShadCnUI and firebase concepts. With minimal effort, it was an easy port over to Cloudflare Pages with gitlab integration. I highly recommend taking this course if you want to learn NextJS & Firebase

This has to be the single best Next.js course on this site. I've learned so much stuff within just the first couple sections that it is mindboggling, because I'm not a js dev at all. This is my second Next course, but this is by far the more useful one to me.

By Sidd b on 12/24/2024

Course is good. explaining everything in detail. However firebase is now paid and asking to pay upfront, makes it difficult to use. I wish I knew about firebase before enrolling. should add a section with different service.

I learned a lot about NextJS in this course. What I like most is, Instructor is very knowledgeable about React + NextJs and the way how he defines components and explains when something is server side and client side components is very helpful. Especially when splitting related components into server and client is very helpful. One other thing I liked here is usage of Tailwind, ShadCnUI and also ZOD. I am confident now using these tools in my home projects. I am very happy I took this course. I highly recommend taking this course if you want to learn NextJS

Tom is one of my absolute favorite Udemy instructors. His courses are informative and to the point without being bloated. I've been wanting to try out something with Firebase for a while so when I saw this course it was an insta-buy. So far, I've not been disappointed.
