As a 200YTT certified yoga teacher, I found the course easy to follow and the instructor pleasant to listen to. The videos contain good info on which poses are acceptable during pregnancy and why others are not. It's also good to know how and when a new mom can start working back into a regular yoga practice and which asanas are good for that transition.

I am the owner of YSY holistic health spa and studio with many certifications; to name a few I am a certified 300 hr Energy Flow/Radiant Child Yoga Instructor and certified meditation instructor. I am starting a new journey for my business with maternal classes, spa and studio offerings, I just completed my childbirth educator certification class with IDI and I had purchased your class back in November 2025 because I wanted to complete it shortly after so that I could include Pregnancy Yoga with my new maternal studio options. I really like the resources and look forward to using the information from this class in my business.

While this is a good and informative introduction to prenatal yoga, I am lacking some depth. I would have loved to have a full sample class that puts everything into practice, rather than having it just read from a slide. And while this might be beyond the scope of the course, I would like to point out that the course exclusively refers to the person who is pregnant as “mum,” which will resonate with the majority participants. At the same time, some pregnant people may not identify with that term and a brief acknowledgment or occasional use of more inclusive language, such as “pregnant person” or “parent,” could help ensure the course feels welcoming to everyone. I offer this in the spirit of inclusion and with appreciation for the work you’re doing.

This prenatal yoga course is well explained and has comprehensive content, just what I needed to be able to teach prenatal yoga confidently. I just wished there was an actual demo of a full prenatal class sequence included in the course content. Overall, I'm quite happy with this course.

I enjoyed this course and all of the information. I think it also would be helpful to have more poses for the separate trimesters as I still continue to research those to bolster my knowledge. However, this has been an excellent foundation on which to build. Thank you

Simple and easy to understand. Great handouts. Great basic course that can be completed in a short amount of time, especially if you are already a yoga teacher and have the foundations of teaching, but also good for others wanting to guide pregnant and postpartum women through yoga classes.

Another beautiful, exceptional class from Jessica Fleming. I loved how much information she beautifully presented and all the lovely course materials to reinforce what she is teaching and aid in teaching pregnant women (and she included course work for post-pregnancy). I love her classes and take all her yoga, breath work, and meditation courses. Thank you Jess!

Loved it! I am an active yoga teacher with 200 hours certificate and this course was a great addition to my beloved profession. All the materials of this course are just what I needed to widen my professional field. And Jessica, she is so nice and acknowledged teacher, loved her way of teaching.

After my 200hrs of yoga teacher training, I have always wanted to do a prenatal yoga course to enhance my skills and knowledge. Udemy made it easy to acquire this knowledge virtually with an amazing Boxing Day deal! Finally in the beginning of 2022 I have become a prenatal yoga instructor as well and feeling wonderful to give myself a gift of knowledge through Udemy & Anjali academy. Well designed precise course for anybody who is aspiring to be a prenatal yoga instructor.
