I’m currently halfway through the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training and wanted to share how impressed I am with the program so far. The content is exceptionally clear, concise, and comprehensive. Each module builds logically on the last, making material easy to understand, follow and apply. I especially appreciate how practical and evidence-informed the instruction is. The balance between anatomy, safety considerations, sequencing, and the emotional aspects of supporting prenatal students feels thoughtful and thorough. The supporting documentation and manual are fantastic and I have printed it to follow along, highlight and take notes during the pertinent lectures. At this midpoint, I feel both supported and challenged in the best way. I’m genuinely enjoying the learning process and look forward to continuing. The only problem I am having is taking breaks as the material is so engaging I just want to keep motoring throught.

This course is packed with valuable and detailed information. I’m always excited when Angela teaches a lesson! I especially appreciate how, alongside the detailed physiological and anatomical knowledge, the mental aspect is also thoroughly explored. The script is incredibly well-written. When the story of a woman with three different birth experiences was shared, I was so moved that I had tears in my eyes! I can wholeheartedly recommend this course!

By Khalesi Love on 9/27/2024

I’ve found this course to be informative and supportive in knowledge of pregnancy and how to approach yoga during the transitions a woman goes through during her pregnancy in a way that is safe and supportive. One thing I would have liked to see broken down more and perhaps with prompts or an assignment to help ground in the knowledge, is cuing. You listen to how the teacher cues and can make note of it but for my learning style I would have enjoyed having more of an opportunity to learn how to guide through cues specifically and ground it in.

I left another Prenatal Yoga Teacher training program because it was not worth the money I had paid to participate. This course is thorough and provides so many great videos, book recommendations, and other learning resources to ensure you're gaining the knowledge you need to feel confident teaching prenatal yoga. Very happy I chose to purchase this course!

I recently completed the 85 Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training (Part 1) RPYT RPYS, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The lectures were incredibly informative and well-structured, providing a deep dive into the principles and practices of prenatal yoga. The practical sessions, delivered through engaging videos, allowed me to apply what I learned at my own pace in a supportive environment. The instructors were not only knowledgeable but also passionate about prenatal yoga, which made the learning experience even more enriching. Their expertise and enthusiasm gave me a new perspective on the importance of yoga during pregnancy. I am excited to continue my journey and dive into the next mo dule.

I just completed part 1, to be completely honest I was quite hesitant but pleasantly surprised to discover that the program truly delves deeply into pregnancy changes & its demands. I truly learned a lot, being a yoga teacher already and pregnant with my first, I cannot explain just how informative I found this and I honestly cannot wait to start part 2 .. Love & Peace

By Leah Cleary on 4/8/2024

The content covers pregnancy changes and demands in depth, which is a great reminder of how awesome the woman’s body in the this transformative time! I’ve enjoyed the gentle lessons and their focus for the softening body of a mother. I look forward to furthering my studies with Part 2.

Pleasant, informative and interesting. The prenatal practices are lovely and helpful toward ‘how to’ teach a prenatal population differently from general yoga students. I have been able to integrate and apply what i am learning to my general group yoga classes which tend to have 1-4 moms to be attending. I am feeling confident and excited to lead prenatal classes as a result of this training.

By Allie Romanick on 2/18/2024

I enjoyed this course and am moving on to do Part 2 and obtain the Prenatal Yoga Teacher designation. Info was pretty basic. As an instructor and personal trainer, doula, and currently pregnant mom-to-be, it was nothing I didn't already know from being immersed in this field. Still great to review though and can't wait to add prenatal yoga to my teaching repertoire.

The compulsion to take $39 yearly subscription doesn’t seem good if one needs certification. It could have been monthly subscription as well. Overall the course is amazing till now and it is quite insightful. But I feel it should be clearly mentioned that one would need to take the 4 compulsory classes in order to get the certificate and to take the compulsory classes paying $39 is a must.. Other than that there are no complaints as such .. the course is super precise and everything is to the point ! I don’t think so anyone would find a course like this online that can be studied at own pace. Whoever designed this course is a genius ! It’s value for money!
