Qt 5 Core Intermediate with C++ (Udemy.com)

The materials are good and instructive. The only problems I've noticed are: the teacher's voice is recorded too quietly and is a bit difficult to hear. I wish he had a better microphone. Also the text/code on the videos is quite small. I watch the videos with subtitles, and it's annoying how the subtitles sometimes cover the teacher's code.

many concepts not well explained, some C++ issues very poorly explained, arguably wrong ("A scopedpointer will delete itself when you try to copy it to another function"... the copy ctor is a deleted function, it doesnt compile). Container classes: no mention of essential implementation detail/big O-notation. Code with QPointer::data( ) called, why not use the overloaded operator->()?

Thanks Bryan! Very well put together. I like your teaching style. It's inspiring and as easy as it can be to follow the lectures. For improvement, maybe there could be a section for a bit more difficult exercises. There would not need to be video from you to check those. Example code with comments how you would have done it would be enough for us to check and compare "results". Anyhow, thanks Bryan! These courses are more valuable than gems to me.

I really enjoyed this course. i have to say it is defiantly worth the time. Best part about Brian is he did not waste time explaining widgets, simply how to code apps (probably due to QML being a better option). I enjoyed a lot what this course taught and think i have a much better understanding on how to use QT.

I have learnd lot's of stuff, most of this is very useful and important for professional programming. Some parts, like Meta Information or D-Pointers are very special, but good to have seen an example about. Who knows when you will get in contact with code like this. Bryan explains very well, I like his style. For me this is a first class video tutorial.

A lot of good information. There was information i learned. However, I code design patterns regularly. I respectfully disagree with design of some of the design patterns.
