What is Spring Boot?

Spring Boot is an extension of the Spring framework that eliminates the boilerplate configurations required to set up a Spring application.

Spring Boot is an opinionated framework that helps developers build Spring-based applications quickly and easily. Its main goal is to quickly create Spring-based applications without requiring developers to write the same boilerplate configuration repeatedly.

What is Spring MVC?

  1. Spring MVC is a popular module in Spring Framework. It is used to develop web applications and RESTful web services.

  2. Spring MVC is a web framework because it provides all the required components to develop a web application.

  3. The Spring MVC framework provides a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and ready components for developing flexible and loosely coupled web applications.

What is Thymeleaf?

Thymeleaf is a modern server-side Java template engine for web and standalone environments. It can process HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and even plain text.

The main goal of Thymeleaf is to provide an elegant and highly-maintainable way of creating templates.

It's commonly used to generate HTML views for web applications.

Thymeleaf is a very popular choice for building UI, so we will use it to build the view layer in the Spring MVC web application (Blog App).

What is React JS?

  • React is an open-source JavaScript library for building user interfaces.

  • React is a project created and maintained by Facebook.

  • React has more than 100 thousand stars on GitHub and a huge community behind it.

  • React has become increasingly popular among developers and is also one of the most sought-after skill sets by companies right now.

  • React has a component-based architecture. This lets you break down your application into small encapsulated parts, which can then be composed to make a more complex UI.

  • React will make it painless for you to create complex UIs by abstracting away the difficult parts.

  • React will handle efficiently updating and rendering just the right components in your application when your data changes.

  • DOM updates, which is one of the more expensive operations, are handled gracefully in React.

Great course!! Things are taught with so much clarity and easy real world examples. best one for Freshers with zero knowledge. They will find it most helpful. Specially I like the Section 10 API section Things are becoming so easy to understand

By Devika Ka on 1/29/2026

explanation is not easy to catch becouse not adding of real life examples, and its consume lot of time

By Ramesh Pokharel on 12/25/2025

I already have similar course from the same mentor. I was expecting new Spring framework 7 and Spring Boot 4 annotations and features like HTTP Service Clients, API versioning, JSpecify null-safety annotations, Observability and other useful features.

By Marko Lubar on 4/24/2025

The course is top-notch. As someone already familiar with the basics of Spring Boot and Docker, I found this course to be a great way to quickly level up my knowledge. The instructor's strong accent might be challenging for some, but I’m quite used to Indian-English tech courses from my early programming days, so understanding him wasn’t an issue for me. I highly recommend this course!

Although the lectures are one way but they are much interactive and makes sense the way you teach. The step by step approach help Learners to gradually build intention to guess what to do next. Thats excellent. MVC framework, Spring boot core concepts are discussed in very easy way to understand My some observations: 1. I expected at least two production grade full stack spring web apps after completing this course. Please include Sir, This will make this course perfect. 2. In project 7 (employee app) react knowledge is necessary . you could discuss in some details. add react in prerequisite section.

Till now this is the best IT course I have taken,The instructor is so good,he teaches the concept by coding line by line and he explains every line of code he writes. For a Beginner like me,This is the best course. But 1 con of this course is notes of some topics are not there. And these topics are few.Besides that this course is the best to learn spring framework for a beginner.

By Juhi Ajwani on 2/21/2024

Ramesh sir teaches every topic clearly and concisely. His style of teaching will help you understand the concepts easily at one go. I highly recommend anyone starting to learn Spring and SpringBoot to go through this course.

The instructor does a great job of walking you through the core principles of Spring IoC, Spring annotations, Spring Boot, and Spring JPA using Hibernate by using example applications, slides and lecture. Highly recommended.
