Overall, the course was presented in a perfect manner but some external links are not linked-up. I suggest that all the relevant information should be provided in the same window rather than redirecting to external links.

The course was very short and didn't really have a lot of specifics or examples. I would have appreciated some walkthroughs of specific business scenarios and how to select the best metrics for those, rather than some general advice.

Good concepts, but weak in presenting "how to develop customer metrics". I think presenting 3 areas of metrics, and two outside references (Forester and "RASTER") does not teach how to develop an application. Honestly, the teacher could have referenced the above works and said nothing more and it would have Been as effective

I got some really good highlights to start thinking about metrics for my product, but I wish there were more examples of metrics to understand what should I start focusing when dealing with this kind of work.

Not as in-depth as I thought it would be. Goes over basic overview concepts but not a huge boon to someone looking for analytics tips in real-world situations. Great if you have no concept of anything customer service and want to know why you might be rated the way you are at work.

Although a short course, most of it really makes sense when you want to apply these metrics or at least, have options. Great work!

Informative walk through of the process to create Customer Centric Metrics, I'm just thinking there should be at least a brief introduction to different framework beside RATER.
By Udemy User on 3/11/2016
I really enjoyed it metircs is not my capibility so this being very basis was good. Could it have been better and offered up more current applictaions and trends, I think yes.

I'm disappointed. I thought this was 11 hours long--it's 11 "lectures" (two of them are links to external resources). Most of the "lectures" /video lessons are lest than 10 minutes. I don't think the entire course is an hour long. Though the presentation is well done. I give the low rating for the depth of content. I really would like a refund. Not worth $25 bucks (with coupon) and $29 (without coupon). First Udemy course that I'm disappointed in.
