Found the whole course very interesting. I've tried not to use what I've learned to rationalise my previous unethical decisions but instead understand why I've done it. This will help me create an environment where myself and others may not make the same mistakes. Evolution is a really interesting subject when it comes to understanding how and why we make the choices that we do on a daily basis.

This course provided a clear and engaging overview of how deception and dishonesty operate in both individual and group settings. It explored the psychology behind dishonest behavior, the ethical justifications people use, and the impact of organizational culture on integrity. The content was well-structured, with strong insights into group dynamics, conformity, and rationalization. The real-world case studies—ranging from corporate to academic scenarios—were particularly effective in illustrating key concepts. The presentation was professional, thought-provoking, and highly relevant for anyone in leadership, compliance, or decision-making roles. A valuable course that promotes ethical awareness and practical strategies for navigating complex situations. Highly recommended.

I have learned a lot from this learning, It is very well suited to my industry as we obtain support as evidence through inquiry/representations made by our clients, it is very important to understand that appearances can be deceiving.

Obtained a new perspective on how each individual view individual on their first encounter and also learnt that on people that I usually relax my instinct are the one not to be trusted. Trust but verify.

Fun and interesting course that made me think about ethical challenges I run into at my job (both ethical responses by myself and what I see from others). I plan on having my team and related individuals take this class then discuss the implications in our role related to Information Technology and Information Security Risk Management. Thank you for this material.

This is a very nice Course based on studis and evidence. I learnt a lot of new things about lying, deceiving, appearances, which will help me a lot. It is very nice to learn about how our individual goals clash with our cooperative group goals, and how that can result in irrational and unethical behaviour.

Felt like a waste of time. Felt like much of the content was opinion. Would not recommend. Additionally she sent me a personal response accusing me of bias just because I didn't find value in her content.

Good and different course. I like the research and insights provided on appearances, which tells many fascinating and useful things. The section on self deception is a great eye opener!
