Very clear lessons and concepts from the instructor, Ahsan. Well paced and thorough. He covers the key points of each lecture well. A good balance of visual lessons using text slides, video examples, and a few talking head style videos.

Ahsan covers both good practice User Experience concepts and examples, but just as importantly he also covers poor practice and things to avoid when designing a User Experience.

I've found this course really useful as an introduction to the concepts of User Experience and I'm looking forward to starting some of Ahsan's other courses that I've signed up to.

It took me a long time to get used to the heavy Pakistani accent, the pronunciation of some words still throw me off slightly. But once I got more used to it, it got better.

The content was good. I learned a lot new stuff. Also the course was easily understandable.

I had hoped for some introduction of wire frames e.g. like how some concepts can be translated into them, but I guess this would be a UI course rather than a UX course, so this was my false assumption, because I did not know the topic very well.

The only real pain point I had was that there were sometimes many repetitions of the same words or phrases, as if the lecturer wanted to explain something from a different angle (which I actually think is a good idea) but then ran out of words and was just describing the same point of view again. This made it harder for me to stay interested. (-1 Star)

Some more assignments would be nice. (-0.5 Stars)

The course is apt for those who want to dip their feet into the world of UX. It does have a lot of concepts, theories ( do not expect hardcore UX like user interviews, persona , usability testing etc, as the title suggests, its for the beginners. I had initially left a comment as I finished the course and coming from a web development background, I was still not sure of how to apply these concepts, where to use it and how to use it. The instructor was prompt, took the responses and suggestions, and he had made the course contents overnight and had added onto the course and informed me as well. Appreciate his commitment in helping students and modifying / adding more stuff that students is requesting for. That being told, it would be awesome if the course is adding more real world ( website/ webapp ) based UX evaluations, how to approach the same, Add on pdf cheatsheets for useful resources and inspirations, UX templates etc. Leaving 5 stars for the dedication , willingness to help and prompt response. Hoping to see more case studies and if possible an intro on How to make a UX portfolio for a beginner.

Very Good approach for Everyone Who Just Start Learning UX.. Now I get overview of UX Design because of this course 10/10.. Highly Recommended for everyone.

The course is so detailed and all the examples and explanation crystal clear for anyone to understand easily.

This course covers a wide range of topics related to UX. Lots of good examples to bring home each point. I haven't had a need to ask a question in the comments yet, but I'm sure he would respond quickly, as he does so in his other courses. I would consider this a good "introduction" to UX and not a deep dive, and for that, it's highly recommended!
