Yes, as I had to complete Performance evaluation and my conversations were on point. This course has strengthen what I had done, especially the quality relationship with staff. However, I did mix the two feedback Corrective/Amplifying in the same conversation. This I now know not to do.

We deal with many complex scenarios in the work place such as performance management as we may think that a person is under performing due a specific reason that we pt out there whereas the video makes us understand and go deeper than just the surface. it will be a great help with these type of conversations going forward.

This course resonates with me as a manager of 10 years. Many things I know, but it reinforces that I am employing worthwhile tactics - and reminds me of things that can be taken for granted.

Yes, the course is enriching. Reporting officers get to learn on how to motivate their reporting staff to perform better during the performance management programme review.

Differentiating between Corrective and Amplifying feedback is important and more so is not to mix the two in the same conversation. Not sandwiching performance conversations are better for getting the correct message across effectively.

Very good points and something to think about for upcoming performance management conversations. The videos could be slightly longer with more examples e.g. on how to conduct separate conversations for corrective and amplifying feedback (in a world with time constraints)

Yes the course was very easy to understand. I love that there were examples in each topics to better understand and comprehend the message they are trying to put across. I also love the resources outlining the summary of the this.

I think so. I have wrestled with the idea of management off and on over the years. I worried no one would listen to me. This course shows me ways to build that professional relationship.

It made me realize the importance of making sure to establish a high-quality relationship with my staff in order to have a productive performance management conversation.

I really appreciate the effort put into this lecture. Most of the HR/business lectures I’ve watched thus far (on Udemy) have been istock photos with a presenter in bad lighting. This lecture is informative and thoughtful. Worth my money!
