After Effects CC: 3D Motion Graphics in After Effects (Udemy.com)

I'll admit I didn't see the potential value in the 3D approach to this logo animation up until the introduction of the lights into the scene, then everything just escalated in quality and I can see applications of such learnings in other work I have been experimenting with.

This course is really great and I really enjoyed learning. He taught few necessary tools how to use motion graphics as I never heard of it. It was a great start for me and I'm looking to start my own project using After Effects. Thank you so much for your efforts in teaching. Keep it up!

Difficult to follow. Doesn't always explain things. Just says click on this, then set this, so you don't learn anything. My AE doesn't look like the examples. I don't have the camera button for a start.

I liked the course. Definitely more of a "do this and follow along" type of course without a lot of "this is why" or "this does this" and then show us how to use it. Both types of courses are helpful, and I think this course would benefit from a little more of the "this is why" explanations. I also think that when Sunny is doing something repeatedly, it isn't maybe necessary to show him going through the same steps 12 or more times. Maybe three or four and then he fast forwards through, giving the student a little time to do it on their own. Thanks for a lot of valuable information.

I am fairly new to After Effects and the instructor makes this class accessible to people of all skill levels, which I very much appreciate. The instructor is extremely clear in his instruction. A definite 5 star!

The course overall informative especially if you're just starting out in 3D. The projects are a bit too simple and the content isn't much but it's very slow so it fills up the time slots. Great instructor though!

A very easy to follow course and the instructor makes things very clear and doesn't rush through it. Even if you think you know the 3D side of After Effects already, you'll probably still learn something that you can use on your own projects.

When the instructor says do "this" or select "this", it's often not obvious what "this" is. It would be helpful to say what the object is whenever tempted to say this.

I was originally going to rate this course much lower until I realized the mistake was mine in taking an intermediate course, clearly labelled as such. I looked at so many I somehow misread that I was taking a beginner's course. Definitely NOT a course for beginners. The instructor is excellent and I learned a lot but the process was harsh without a basic background in the program. I did not take off a star for any of that. What did bother me consistently was not knowing what the end result was supposed to look like. A quick look at the final animation up front would have made the whole experience better instead of "click this and that" not knowing what it was supposed to ultimately look like. Bottom line: Would I recommend? Yes, unless you are a beginner. :-)

Really enjoying this course! The teacher presents in an super easy to understand and engaging way. A few months ago I went through a bigger course for AE and this is exactly what I needed as a follow up. I've been playing around with turning 2D animations into 3D and Sunny has provided me with some cracking tips on how to up my game. Can't wait to apply this to my next project. Thanks dude!
