My background:

Before working as a coach, I was an entrepreneur in the IT industry for 15 years, and I also spent some time as a manager at Accenture and mid-sized companies.

I was born, raised, and started my business in Germany before I moved to Cape Town in 2008. I am an avid Ultra Marathon runner, and you can see me on the roads and trails of almost all the cities I travel to - while my favorite will always be running along Table Mountain.
