Course Description

In this course you will learn everything you need to know about LINQ Operations and how to perform them.

We start off from the most basic operations and build towards more complex ones.

Both Query and Method syntax is covered in the course.

And of course, all the source code will be provided for each of the sections in the course, in a nicely ordered and structured fashion, so that you can use the code to practice and learn.

The course is aimed at students that have some coding experience in general and with C# in particular, a little bit of OOP knowledge is required, for some of the lectures.

The topics that we are covering are:

  • LINQ Basics with Query and Method syntax – we will start with the most basic operations with query syntax and build towards more complex ones

  • Grouping Operations with Query and Method syntax – grouping allows you to group the items in a collection by a given common key, for example to group a list of people by their age.

  • Joining Operations with Query and Method syntax – joining allows you to join two different collections by a common key, so its similar to grouping, but it just does it on two collections and not on one.

There are tons and tons of tutorials on Youtube and other websites, so why would you have to pay for this course?

The answer is very simple, in this course you will get every single lecture systemized in such way, that it ensures smooth transition between the previous and the following topic. Guaranteeing great learning experience.

There are no stones left unturned, everything is explained in great detail (but not too much, that would be boring :) )

The video lectures in the course are produced with the highest possible audio and video quality. No static noises to disturb you while you watch the videos, no blurry images, everything is crystal clear with crisp audio!

Currently focusing on providing quality education to tens of thousands of students across the globe, on subjects including:

- Programming, focusing on the C# Programming Language

- MATLAB, because this is a scientific tool that no scientist can do without

- Running Online Businesses that Earn Passive Income

For the past four years I have focused on the above and I have never stepped into the 9 to 5 world, I have worked in a company only once in my entire life and it lasted only 2 months. That's when I realized that, I can't learn the things that I want and I can't buy the things that I want buy working for someone else. You should start working for yourself aswell!

It does not matter if you want to become a developer or to run niche sites around the web, you can do both of these things in your own time as a freelancer or a business owner. And I can teach you how to do both of these things.

I have been searching for a comprehensive LINQ tutorial on YouTube and other platforms for a while, but I couldn't find one that fully explained what I needed. When I came across this course, I thought it might finally cover everything I was looking for. I was not disappointed! The trainer provided a thorough explanation with multiple examples, which helped me understand the topic deeply. I am very satisfied with the course and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn LINQ.

Прекрасный курс! Багаж знаний пополнен! В курсе рассматриваются LINQ и лямбда выражения. Лямбды оказались намного удобнее) спасибо!

Very good intro in LINQ, good teaching and explaining - in fact the only thing holding me from giving it 5 stars is the lack of follow-along cheat-sheets or a similar pdf file. If I need to go deeper in LINQ I'll purchase the full version of the course for sure.

By Andrzej Majcher on 4/3/2020

The instructor easily introduces the basics of LINQ. Informations are served in a condensed form. Right after the course you can code your stuff because you already know what's going on. I can forgive wrong lessons order in section 5. 5 stars granted.

Basic topics r covered very well along with nice explanation and presentation. If anyone looking for deep in LINQ, I'll definitely recommend the master course of the tutor :). Thanks!

one word awesome, hey coach you have taken my fears away so easy to understand and all logical truly a worthy course to get through... thanks a lot and all the best!!

This is another excellent course from Tod -it's crazy that's for free. I think no where you can find such a concise and at the same time "depth" course on LINQ! I actually took his complete LINQ course (and some other C# courses) first, but I wanted a quick and fast overall review of the topic. Love it! Ps: I get the guy has an accent, but we all have an accent of some sort; thus, do not get discouraged by that (it goes away after a few lectures). His teaching methodology is well worth it...

By Andrew Myers on 11/21/2018

An excellent introduction to LINQ and Lambda expressions. Tod gets straight to the point in each and every lecture. The explanations and methods for further simplification using Lambda expressions were great. These are exactly the kind of tutorials I am after when learning something new. Cheers!

its a good match for me but theres plently of toggles between namespaces which without adequate explanation which makes it a little difficult. at the end, the course was worth it!

By Mark Orlando on 8/28/2018

This free course is merely an teaser to get the viewer to purchase the full-course. While I'm not against this approach, not providing the source code for the webcasts shown is a definite turn-off.
