Course Description
Multiplayer Augmented Reality Games are becoming popular with the latest improvement in AR tech. We have now very stable ARCore and ARKit SDKs to build immersive AR experiences. Also, with Magic Leap and Microsoft HoloLens, AR experiences reach to another level.
So, a new gaming experience has arrived! It is Multiplayer AR Games.
There are already very successful Multiplayer Games out there such as Pokemon GO, Harry Potter: Wizards Unite and Mini Guns - Omega Wars...
If you are a game developer, there can't be a better time to develop and publish a Multiplayer AR Game to the stores...Because there are really a few games and the potential is huge! That's why I created this unique online course on Multiplayer Augmented Reality to help game developers publish their own Multiplayer AR Games.
In this course, you will learn the basics of Multiplayer Augmented Reality game development.
Once we completed the single-player mode, we will implement Multiplayer using Photon Unity Networking 2 package as the multiplayer engine.
For the Multiplayer side of the game, you will learn:
Connecting to Photon servers
Joining random rooms
Player Selection
Manual Player Spawning
Writing your own Synchronization script to synch player movement.
Killing and respawning mechanism
Then, we will implement Augmented Reality into the multiplayer game we've built. We will use the top AR SDKs which are Google's ARCore and Apple's ARKit. And with Unity's AR Foundation, we will develop only once and deploy the game to both Android and IOS devices. That will definitely save you some development time...
For the Augmented Reality side of the game, you will learn:
Implementing AR to a Unity Scene
Implementing ARCore/ ARKit to the Project with AR Foundation
Detecting Flat Surfaces and Visualizing AR Planes
Placing the Game Arena to Flat Surfaces
Scaling in Augmented Reality
Movement Synchronization in Augmented Reality
Support for Unity 2019.3!
Come and join me if you want to be part of this new, awesome Gaming platform which is Multiplayer Augmented Reality.
Let's build together!

I apologize, for using this feedback box for my work, but I am currently working on my own project. I have a game idea and have started submitting the pitch to several game companies, which have set a deadline for me to create a demo to present to them. However, I do not have a team, so I would like to know if you would be interested in joining my team for this project. Your explanation is very clear and easy to understand; thank you.

I am fully satisfied with the course, Tevfik sir explained everything in details and most important he stays with his commitment by successfully teaching AR plus Multiplayer, Many other AR courses are available, but they are so basic but in this course I loved the AR implementation and multiplayer synchronization as well. Thank you so much for this great course.

Update_16Jul222: WOWWWWW BAD BAD BAD The jumping from one side to other, the fast moving with no explanation and weirdish naming convention is not the worst.... the worst is that the techear coded with some bugs, and in some point he say, ok I know theres bugs, i wont fix them in order to advance to augmented realitty, fix it yourself and if any proble ask help.... I DO NOT RECOMEND... Im finishing it, cause i HOPE at the end have a playable game and i haved viewed too much in order to claim my money back... STICK TO PHOTON COURSES... Update: Really hate the jumping to create vars, i think its better to create them all at once explaining by the var name... than jump to the top then the botton then to the top again, the to the bottom to keep coding... Not bad, but really weird and non consistent naming conension, GUI baddly organized, jumping back and forth with not much explanations... could be better, but as far i have gone, im learning...

This course had programed an add.force to my "mental-rigidbody". Thank you Tevfik! As Michael Jackson said in an song "...keep on with the force..." - so it´s in this course (don´t stop till you get enough). -Good strait forward explainations (well subtitled) -Fascinating solutions - Quick com-response by Tevfik and it´s worth to look to all Q&A of the lectures -I am glad with this course and I am signing in often to learn further after the end. -It´s also a good challenge for new game makers (f/m/d)!

I'm writing this as coming from someone who started learning unity, has a basic understanding of c# and AR. This course provided the necessary understanding of AR Foundation and Photon (used for multiplayer). Do note that there are a lot more functions that AR foundation provides that is not covered in this course. The course assets is detailed and inspiring, making you excited to go through each lesson as quickly as possible to share with your friends. I personally felt Tevfik's enthusiasm making me more eager to complete the project asap. Tevfik has an well understood knowledge on multiplayer connections. After working on several other courses, I also experienced some A-ha! moments while working on this project. The responds time for any Q&A inquiry is also quick so it always seems that someone is looking behind your back as you blaze through the course. His explaination is direct and you will not have problems replicating his work else where. I have never experienced any doubt of his processes and was following smoothly with every lesson. My last words is do support Tevfik and Ironhead games so they would release more inspiring courses in the future. Thank you, this is a wonderful course!

The pacing was in fact pretty neat. The technical aspects of the lecturers were well-explained. So far, I have no complaints. Reasoning behind the consideration of conducting one action (write script A, script B, use component C etc) were well thought of and explained. If you find it too simple for your understanding in some segments of the lecturers (intermediate peeps), there is always the fast forward or speed up functionality. All and all, I am satisfied so far till lecturer section 5.

Thank you so much for an excellent course. Well-constructed, the material is delivered in a light and non-rushed manner, the guide leaves no need for questions and really goes over everything extensively. Includes many sources of information. Great solutions professional writing. I signed up for a course to learn about augmented reality, Acore, and at the end I saw all the lectures and enjoyed every moment. After completing the course, it is possible to easily transfer existing projects to multiplayers with the help of excellent and convenient solutions and, of course, everything related to Augmented Reality. Truly the best course I have signed up for in udemy I'm sure will check what you have to offer in addition, thanks a lot

First of all rather than giving my thoughts I just want to say thank you to Tevfik, this course is terrific. He is an awesome guy! I don't use Udemy's Q&A, instead I opt to contact him through his Discord server. I had used Photon and ARFoundation in the past but separately, if you're like me; looking to combine both Photon and ARFoundation through real project, then this course is right for you. But for real, chapter 46-49 is kinda hard (for me at least) to follow, I had to rewatch multiple times and reads over documentation several times to get a grasp, but it was worth it!

Actually does what it sets out to do which is great. Bonus points for helping you make a really complete feeling app character selection, scene loading, etc. The game you actually make is ... not exactly great, but the instructor will walk you through laying a very solid foundation for your own multiplayer ar experience.

There's a huge amount of information packed into this course and you will need to pay attention and code along, but it is well worth the effort! You will learn how to create an online multiplayer AR game and this course will give you what you need to get started with your own ideas. Tevfik really know his stuff and has a great deal of knowledge to teach! I'm looking forward to seeing what else I can learn from him in his other courses. :-)
